Haven Health Yuma

I have been here for 3 months and everyone has been wonderful. All staff have been very kind to me, they make me feel very welcomed. When I first got here I didn't have the best experience, but it was because of my attitude. I got here in a wheelchair from the hospital. Now I am walking, all the nurses stop by physical therapy and tell me how proud they are to see me improving. It makes me really happy and fills my heart with warmth. I can't wait to get back home. Thank you haven for all the help.

Every person here is different but not in a bad way. Each staff member has their own way of getting things done but they get the job done. The nursing staff is really professional with their job. In my experience none of the staff members have been rude to me. Highly recommend this facility.

I have enjoyed my time here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My medications are given as close as can be to the requested times as humanly possible. PT & OT are extremely efficient and they concentrated on the areas necessary to make me stronger and totally stable. I'm very happy with the meals. The portions are perfect. They are not overwhelming and they taste good. Thank you.

My grandma is a resident here and i just wanted to rave about an employee i believe her name is Kylie. She is always so sweet to my grandma and my family. We always see her carrying boxes but she always stops to check on my grandma when her call light is on. Thank you Kylie!

I was already pretty mobile when I first got here, but I still needed some help with my balance. I am now able to walk around the facility with a walker now. The nursing staff and therapy team all treat me like they truely care about me. At first i was scared of coming to a skilled nursing facility because of the stories I heard but its nothing like that.

Overall my stay here has been wonderful, all staff have treated me very well. I came here for physical therapy and I have seen some improvement, although I know I still have some work to do. I really enjoy the care Alexa and Leslie give me, they are very attentive. Thank you haven for taking such great care of me!

Therapy has been helping me improve with my mobility. The nursing staff has been taking care of my needs. The food here is mostly good, they do offer alternatives which is helpful.

All employes were professional. All my question were answered . The food was great. The area was well kept up. If I ever needed rehab I would come back. I will also recommend this facility. Your staffers are incredibly ,they me laugh and smile. The smiles was the greatest thing
