If you want an excellent 24/7 skilled nursing care for your loved one, this is the place! Everyone here is amazing not to mention their professionalism and ability to heal. There is an abundance of personal care making your loved one feel like family!

My better half is recovering here after being released from the hospital. Everyone here is very friendly and empathetic. Gail in housekeeping goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can. She brings a big smile to our faces when we see her. Only negative was not answering the call button in a timely matter a couple of times. I brought that up and was resolved. Physical therapy is awesome! Fred is well appreciated with his knowledge and great personality.

My fiancé was in Haven Health for 3 weeks in October 2024. They have amazing staff. Amy, his nurse, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Linda, CNA, was amazing at her job. Most of all, Sara, wound care nurse, was absolutely phenomenal. Even case manager Melissa was of great help getting us discharged. The people who work here make this facility 5 stars. I’m giving this 4 stars overall only because the food was 2 stars at best. Thank you everyone here for the quality experience.

We have had a wonderful experience with Haven Health! We are welcomed every day with a smile from Zach and Diana at the admitting desk. I had my questions answered with a smile by MJ in the office. Melissa, the case worker, helped ease our concerns and move us to the next steps. The nursing staff and care team: Maria, Carmen, Edgar, Christian, Lizeth, Michelle V, Carolina, Gail, David S, Emily and more, all put up with me and grandpas every need with kindness and care. His PT team Angie and Brenna are the best! They gave him confidence and made him feel safe moving home. We couldn’t have done it without ALL of you! Thank you for caring and showing it.

We transferred my father to this facility after and I truly wish we never did. He had valuable time after he left the hospital to rehabilitate and get stronger and this facility did exactly the opposite of what he needed. He wouldn't have regular occupational therapy and when he did it was 30 minutes a day. Simply way lower than what is needed for someone to gain strength in the backup on their feet or be able to transition from a bed to a wheelchair. I normally don't leave reviews but this facility honestly needs to be looked at by the department of health. We move my father to encompass and the care is so much better, within the first week we've seen a drastic improvement in his mobility and strength as well as his attitude. Objectively this facility does as little as possible and it is obvious from the lack of landscape cleanup in the front to the food they serve. If you have a loved one that needs services I strongly suggest you look at another facility.

My name is Shirley Lovell. I had a right hip replacement. I left TMC hospital to go to physical therapy at Haven. It was a patient next door to me. He had the volume up as loud as the TV would go. When it came to 1:30 at night I asked the nurse could he turn the TV down so I can get some sleep it's 1:30 at night. I noticed that our had went by and she still hadn't asked them to turn the TV down. So I got up and started packing I left there without being discharged because you do not disrespect people when they trying to heal and recover. I wouldn't recommend this place to my family and friends. I experience a horrible stay there. I couldn't get any rest or sleep because of the loud football. It was around 3:30 before I got an ride to leave from there Very unprofessional Smh

We brought my mother in law here with Parkinson’s after a hip fracture. The facility looks nice and accommodating, but they’re short staffed and couldn’t meet her needs. Doctor’s orders were 3 hours long of PT a day. She was allotted 30 minutes, which amounted to about 10 by the time they got her there. She was left in diapers all day with very little attention. After 8 days in the facility we never met with or heard from the in-house doc. She had one quick wash down in that time and very little cleaning. The staff did not keep up with her meds and many times skipped them. The staff is lazy, with the exception of a few hard working, caring, compassionate individuals. The good workers usually came down from one of the upper levels, but the majority that she had on the first floor were terrible. The nurse that was supposed to be attending to her was quite often caught watching a movie on his laptop in the hallway. We even had employees warn us about the others, and were told directly that we would never get the care she needs here. We pulled her from this facility and took her home to take care of her. It is a lot of work, but we can do a much better job that this place. She would never have recovered there. Don’t take your family here. I discovered after the fact this was the place my sister came to before she died. She was also neglected.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would!! My grandmother has been staying here to get physical therapy treatment for her legs as she can’t walk. the nurse has treated her horribly because she didn’t want to do her job. My grandma had requested to be changed and to use the restroom as she needs help with that. The nurse told my mother that she would change her after my mother left from visiting basically making my grandma sit in her feces!! My mother said no go ahead and Change my grandma because no way she’s going to sit in her feces. but the nurse insisted to wait because according to the nurse if she changed my grandma all she was going to want to do was sit in bed. my grandma has no choice to sit in bed because she can’t walk which is why she’s in this physical therapy place in the first place!!!!
