Haven Health Sky Harbor

As a clinical instructor of nursing students, I cannot speak highly enough of our first day at Haven Sky Harbor. The staff and management have welcomed us and given my students a wonderful learning experience. The facility is clean and so well maintained. I am looking forward to the next few weeks at Sky Harbor. Very impressed!!

Haven Health Sky Harbor was amazing when my loved one stayed there. The staff was super kind and always made sure we felt taken care of. The place was really clean and had a calming vibe, which made everything less stressful. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great care for their family!

Wow!! What a clean and well organized place to bring a loved one. I can't say enough about Haven Health Sky Harbor. It makes you feel welcomed from the first step in the door. Everyone made eye contact and smiled. I met a wonderful lady (CHELSIE) in the rehab area, she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

My family member was transferred to this facility which had the most incompetent staff members. They willingly admitted my brother in law fully knowing what level of care he required, only to scramble and have no idea how to adequately care for him. If it wasn’t for my sister, (the wife of the patient) then sadly we would have lost my brother in law within 3 hours of being admitted to the facility. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values the life of their loved ones!!

Wonderful Facility! I look forward to speaking with the staff on the phone due to nothing but pleasant conversations and very attentive. The bathrooms are very clean as well and facility is very modern and up to date. Nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility!

As a Regional Director of Operations in skilled nursing, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with the Sky Harbor team, its residents and their families. While the surrounding area is ever improving, the facility and property itself are top tier. The accommodations are 100% private suite (room and bathroom)- extremely hard to find within skilled nursing homes. The building’s design allows for full natural light throughout the day, and ample parking is also very well lit at night. Skilled and compassionate staff are committed to serving the needs of the community and are uniquely able to provide the most clinically complex services, including trach, vent, and hemodialysis care. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with this team. I encourage anyone seeking healing and recovery to consider Sky Harbor as their haven.
