Haven Health Sandpointe

I would like to say that I have never worked along side a better group of people. From our passionate and caring Nursing/CNA staff to our fabulous kitchen,housekeeping and maintenance crew. All in Leadership and Therapy, you all rock. Our lovely and dedicated team never seams to fail, you always have smiles on your faces. You work hard and you fight hard for our residents. This is what we call a Family who cares about not only our residents, but our staff as well. I’m am so very lucky to be a part of a great team. 8 yrs strong.

I am a current patient at Haven. I got off to a bit of a rocky start here but overall I am satisfied with the care I've been given. The people here really care about the patients (nurses Lori, Beth, Jonathan and CNA's ... many whose names I can't recall but Kenya for one) and they do a job that most people just couldn't handle. For short or long term care I very much recommend this facility if you ever need this type of care.

There is always a smiling face for you even with all the things going on. Everybody is helpful and All the departments work As a team And support each other. The food is nice & the housekeepers are always keeping busy cleaning.It's a home like setting.

A while back I had lost my balance and most of my walking ability. I contacted sandpointe and with Julie's help along with the rest of her therapy team and staff, I regained my balance and My ability to walk. They helped me with My diet and gave me some tips with exercising at home. Now I am feeling better than ever. If you happen to need rehab services I highly recommend Haven of Sandpointe.

A great staff very profesional I was really happy with the physical therapy team and also the activities department was really great as well. Also wound care took care of my leg and did a good job also. All around it was a nice place to recover even the kitchen staff was awesome. Can't say enough about this place very good team. Also thanks to the nursing staff all very kind and made my stay here comfortable and made recovery easy.

Had a wonderful experience, nurses were kind and professional, attentive, food was excellent, rehab staff do care about our well-being, staff all around were great

My husband is at Haven health and they are awesome. I was concerned at first , but the employees makes this place. Physical Therapy has been the best of any place he been so far. I think they really care for there residence. Just because it’s not a shining new building does not mean you don’t get great care.

This place is horrible, not enough staff on duty to handle all the patients they have. They promised me that they would take care of my dad unlike the other rehab that he was at. Yet he has fallen 2 times while left unattended and was sent to the ER. Very disappointed on the care that is given. Looking to have him relocated. He had hip surgery almost 3 weeks ago yet he has only had a couple of hours of therapy. My dad had blood In his urine and we had to tell them to have that check. He is now being treated for an UTI. My dad was in a lot of pain and asking for me to help him. My dad has dementia, and gets anxiety at night because he is so confused. One person in the front told us we could bring my dad’s ESA dog in, and when I brought the dog they told me no. I would NOT recommend bring your LO here. Not once did they give my dad a shower, he is now at a new rehab facility and has already had a shower and physical/occupational therapy.
