I’ve been really impressed with the improvements here recently. The staff have been fantastic, and the food tastes better than ever. Kudos to the dietary team for their hard work! The building smells much better, and the floors are cleaner than ever before—special shoutout to the floor guy for doing an amazing job. Overall, the building looks clean, and the staff have significantly improved their customer service. I had an issue, and while the leadership team didn’t have the answers immediately, they were quick to get back to me. Great job, everyone!

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism exhibited by Maria, the receptionist. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role at the front desk and has also been assisting other departments within the building. Love her dedication and should be recognized The staff at this facility are equally remarkable, always striving to meet patient needs with great care. Despite past criticisms suggesting a lack of concern for patients, it is evident that significant improvements have been made kudos to the leadership team. Although it has been years since my last visit to Graham County, I can confidently recommend this facility for your family’s healthcare needs. While not perfect, the team is committed to resolving issues and ensuring a safe environment for all.

My mom has been here for awhile and almost every time things have been good. In the beginning there were a few issues but they seemed to be resolved pretty quickly. Kaeli is amazing and always keeps mom’s room clean and is really friendly every time she goes in to see mom which is very much appreciated. The food could use some improvement some times but nowhere is perfect

Yo, I heard this place was a joke and nobody should bring their family here. But after talking to the Executive Director, I gotta say, I was impressed. He straight up told me, “We ain’t perfect, but we’ll own up to our mistakes and fix 'em.” He was super professional and gave top-notch customer service. Dude was real and showed that his team is humble enough to admit they ain’t perfect. The place is always changing, and I’ve noticed the new staff keep getting better. My son plays soccer on their sponsored field.

If I could I'd leave a 0 star review. My mom was transferred to haven from tmc for rehab. We were at haven for less than an hour and the experience was horrible. The worker that did the paperwork was not welcoming and didn't explain anything. They bought her dinner not asking or considering special diet, or that she was in icu with a breathing tube and couldnt eat crunchy tacos and is sensitive to raw onions. She went to use her "shared" bathroom and the toilet was soiled from top to bottom with pee and poop. As we waited to be taken to a different restaurant a resident across the hall walked out of his room and came into her room, looked at us walked toward her closet "excuse me" I said. He said "I'm sorry wrong room". I ended up talking with the head nurse and she said "sorry it's shift change its crazy around here. The bathrooms are shared. I can close your door so he doesnt come back in, he cant see well." How is that any excuse for any of this. Shift change is no reason for a solid toilet, her room should have been ready. That is no excuse for not keeping an eye on wondering residents and not being welcomed after being at tmc for a week and needing rehab. I have nothing good to say about this place in 2016 when my grandma was here and I have nothing good to say now.

The whole admission process was so easy thanks to Martha. She’s very knowledgeable and helped with every step along the way. The staff is great and physical therapy is going well!

Haven has a very compassionate facility with people who care deeply for their residents. Especially Sara G. in physical therapy, she is amazing. She really enjoys working with her patients and connects with them. She wants them to succeed in health, get better, and stronger! She truly is a special person for all those that are in the facility.
