Haven Health Prescott

I don’t typically write reviews but I am going to in this case. My Mother was in decline over the last couple of years, and eventually was sent to Haven Health in Prescott after a visit to the local hospital. The hospital is not set up to handle longer term care issues. I live in California so it was necessary to communicate by phone with the staff at Haven Health Prescott by phone. I found that staff to be very helpful in a very stressful time, and believe that their care for my Mother is to be praised. Their Social Worker (Jazmin) was more than helpful in managing everything from ensuring that the Medicare benefits were managed correctly, to helping me keep up to date on that status of my Mother, and providing resources for in-home services when that was the direction things took. Overall, I would like to thank the staff for the time they spent with my Mother…it really is a difficult job that you have to be cut out for. Thank you

The help I have received at Haven has been wonderful. Everyone knows me by my name and has made me feel right at home. Everyone has been very focused on my recovery and well being. My family and I are very thankful for jazmin in social services and nurse Tammy who have met with us varies times to discuss my therapy progress and discharge plan. I am very happy with Haven and believe that you would be too.

Overall the care and therapy has been awesome. The following nursing aids Elaina, Juan, Matt have gone above and beyond for me. Jazmin has also been of great help to my husband with correlating my follow up appointments. I would recommend Haven Health to anyone needing a therapy stay

I have found the care that my husband has received to be phenomenal. Every staff member that I have encountered or had direct contact with was compassionate, exceptionally responsive and always made sure that my concerns were directed to the correct person. Jasmine was instrumental in providing phenomenal information and guidance in the continuing care of my husband once he is moved to another facility. I would highly recommend this facility.

Haven Prescott is an excellent choice for rehab. The staff is caring, considerate and selfless. Everyone treats the patients like family! One in particular is Kelly, she always has a smile and is willing to assist at any moment! Mom says she is one of the best! We’ve seen nothing but compassion while mom was here for 21 days! Would be my first recommendation when in need of rehab or senior care. Wanted to add because mom is now in assisted living at Haven Health and enjoying everyday with all the activities and outings that she is a busy lady!! Jazmin and Tammy made a smooth transition for us and mom! They were very helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable in what we needed to have mom stay there. We are very happy and not worried about mom because we know she is in good hands!!

I made the decision to admit my love one at haven Prescott based on their google reviews. I can now testify that Haven is as great as there reviews say they are. They have take great care of my loved on. it feels like the people here really do care. I am especially thankful for Jazmin in social services for helping advocate for my love one.

My experience at Haven has been great everyone from the therapy department, to the cooks have been great. Tammy H and jazmin in social services, were of great help to bme with arranging services for when I discharged home. I will be recommending haven health to all my friends.

I've had a great stay at haven health Prescott so far. I'm getting healthier with their help,the food and therapy is good. I'm extra thankful for Jazmin in social services and Arthur in the business office. Who have assisted me with my issues with insurance that have arised throughout my stay
