Haven Health Green Valley

My mom stayed here to do physical therapy after surgery on her foot. The staff made an unfortunate situation a pleasant experience with their kindness. She doesn’t speak English and the staff was very understanding and patient with her. From the receptionists to the nurses and the staff that would help her on a daily basis. They held various activities for patients like bingo and even religious activities. The staff would encourage my mom to go and she ended up winning bingo every time! There is also a beautiful patio area where my mom would love to sit, get fresh air and watch the aviary. Their kindness made me feel at ease when I would leave her for the day. And for that I thank every single person working here and I am happy to say my mom is back home thanks to their amazing work!

We have the pleasure of Haven Health of Green Valley take care of both my Parents with different care level needs. Short Term for my Father & Long Term Care for my Mother. I have found the Haven Staff to be highly competent heartfelt and outstanding Providers on communication and nursing level care services. The Facility is a clean happy place our loved ones call home. I live in the same town to be close and visit often while providing full time care to my Father at our new home so we can be as close as possible. We are overjoyed to be so close and share quality Family time. Tons of activities for more mobile patients and lots of smiles from caring staff. Charming facility with Aviary and lovely patio area as well for all to enjoy. I absolutely love Haven Health & feel so comforted knowing she is in a high quality facility and such compassionate care. Excellent. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time with our loved one while under the care of Heaven Health Green Valley. Staff members from the Admissions team, to the nurses, and activities staff were a blessing to be around. They were very attentive. It was terrific to see many residents playing hangman in the activities room.

My 92 yo mom was admitted after she fell and broke her neck, fractured her L1 and fractured her pelvis in 3 places. The staff was excellent. They had mom walking with a walker and taking care of herself and ready to go home in only 5 weeks. Mom’s progress daily was just amazing. All staff, too many to name, were excellent and attentive. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions with a smile. No one ever wants to go to a rehab center but if you ever need one I would recommend Haven Health. Thanks to all staff for the excellent care for my mom.

I'm so very grateful I found this wonderful place for my husband. Everyone is beyond awesome and caring. The food is restaurant quality and varied. When I can't live alone any more, I plan to live here.

I found Haven Health to be an amazing place for my mother who at 92 years old fell and broke her neck, fractured her lower back and Pelvic area. Everyone here is very friendly and care about the patients, from the nurses to the PT/OT, the aids and the kitchen staff. The only reason that I did not give them a 5 star is because when you needed assistance it normally took a minimum of 30 minutes for someone to reply. Other than that I would highly recommend Haven Health.

We highly recommend this rehab center! My aunt had a horrible car accident and after her surgery, she needed a place to stay before she could be back at home. Her care team was amazing! From her transition to the hospital up to the day she left! Their admissions team was on top of things, very friendly and helpful! We have never been in a situation like this before, and they walked us through it, always available on the phone to help out with our questions! Her care team, from her CNAs, her dietitian, her PT, activities staff, they were so nice to her! While she was under their care, we had peace of mind! My aunt was so delighted and grateful for all staff! Thank you!

I would highly recommend Haven Health. This is a place where all the staff demonstrated exceptional care, compassion and excellent service. They have provided their skills, knowledge and professionalism with cheerfulness. I would specifically like to recognize “Jenny”, who made every effort to accommodate my dietary needs, always with a smile.
