Haven Health Cottonwood

My sister received care at Haven Health after a two week stay in the hospital. We were fairly nervous about finding a care facility that would meet her needs and our standards. Pleasantly, we want to say that my sister was well cared for by professional and nice staff. My sister said everyone working there knew her name, were attentive and communicated clearly with her family. The facility was clean and comfortable. Bravo to all the Haven Health staff (including whoever came in and gave pedicures and manicures.) Thank you so very much!!

The Haven of cottonwood is the best, all the employees are at the top of there game . The activities director is awesome and her name is ginger. They all treat you like a person, great person to know.

I am so impressed with this facility. They took wonderful care of my grandmother. Thank you for all you do! You are truly angels among us!

My aunt is currently being cared for here & the staff is amazing! I'd like to give a SHOUTOUT to ANDREA. She's always so sweet & kind.

My friend got admitted to this facility and we are very pleased with the well rounded quality of care she received. The activities crew went out of their way to give her things to do while we were gone. She received excellent care from the therapy staff. And nursing was always willing to give her the care and medical support she needed. The only fault of this facility is the communication between staff - we often felt left in the dark about decisions/processes. Overall a wonderful place to be though.

I love the therapy department! They are so kind and help give you a great workout!!! If anyone needs physical therapy I highly suggest coming here because they will go above and beyond to help everyone!!! I adore the haven company too!! Amazing staff!!!!

I really love living here at Haven! The staff is great,and the activities director Ginger is amazing and really knows what she's doing!!!! We Are very lucky to have Ginger here and she has basically been a daughter to me! I feel very lucky to be safe and taken care of here at heaven health of cottonwood!

The day I got here was horrible because I didn't fit in the bed and I didn't have my medicine yet, but the activitys director worked her butt off to help me! She got me snacks and drinks, then she sat with me and said everything would be ok and I could feel the love she has, I genuinely feel safe when she is around and I feel so very loved. She is the heart and soul of haven of cottonwood and she deserves so much for everything she does! Thank you haven health of cottonwood and GINGER! ( Andrea Sontag)
