Haven Health Camp Verde

I can’t say enough about the care my husband receives at Camp Verde Haven. The DON has created a wonderful culture and pleasant atmosphere - enhancing the personal care and skilled nursing received. She has created an environment that encourages teamwork, trust, and communication, all directed to support patient care. All the care staff, support staff, administration, and therapists, are capable, helpful, and friendly. Please don’t confuse this location with the other “Havens” - it’s in a class of its own!

I was in the Arizona region visiting family and decided to stop by Haven of Camp Verde. As an aspiring AIT I wanted to do a facility tour and check out the building. I had a great time connecting with the administrators who conducted the tour and detailed some key insights into the nursing home. I was impressed by the structure and patient care that was being delivered by the nurses and cleanliness of the staff. I was really impressed by the facility compared to others I toured in the region.

Just terrible 😣 I went to visit my grandma on Tuesday afternoon and she was wearing a red shirt that had food all over it. She told me she needed a bath. Today is Thursday and she passed away peacefully but still in the same dirty red shirt. They DO NOT take care of your loved ones 💔 VERY DISAPPOINTED in their care 😔

Got the chance to tour the facility. The Administrator showed me around and educated me on the facility and process for admitting my father. I was very grateful to know there is a place I would feel comfortable putting my loved one

The Haven staff is outstanding, they’re very attentive with there patients always working in a fast and timely manner. They also do a good job of maintaining the facility very clean.

The Haven was very Profesional and comforting. The nurses and cnas are awesome and will go out of their way to ensure you are getting the best treatment possible. Physical therapy was great as well Marge and the whole PT team helped me learn how to walk again. Update: 2 months after I left haven I found out that I needed a copy of my medical records. This process was intimidating but Nikki, Diane and Jorge patiently walked me thru the whole process.

I have visited this place every other day for a couple of weeks. While my friend is recovering from an acute stroke. The physical therapy of this facility is absolutely amazing. Their techniques and ideas are creative. And I see great improvement with my friend. The staff is friendly, kind and conscientious. The place always smells clean. I'm very impressed.

Heard from a friend a great place to get skilled therapy for anyone needing it. Safe, friendly and clean environment. Checked the website, and truly place you can see the provided services available for you.
