I had multiple friends refer me to Dr. Joe and I’m so glad I said yes! With him being both a Chiropractor and Physical Therapist, it makes for a very thorough visit and I finally feel like I found someone who can give me the comprehensive care I need. His adjustments have been spot on and I really appreciate his thoroughness in the physical therapy aspect of it all, too. Instead of suggesting multiple adjustments or treatments at his office, he has shown me some very practical stretches/exercises on how to rehab my body at home (without having to buy a bunch of equipment) so I can actually improve and get better. I so appreciate his approach to care. He is super down-to-earth which makes it feel less like a clinic and more like going to a small home gym! I would recommend Haven Chiropractic & Sports Medicine to anyone who values intentionality, thoroughness, and friendliness. I’m confident that Dr. Joe will give you the right answers to help you rehab your body!

Dr. Joe and his team are fantastic! Lonnie gave me the best deep tissue massage I've had in years! She's super friendly and overall a joy to be around. I can't wait for my next one! I've heard so many great things about Dr. Joe and had my first visit with him last week. Compared to other chiropractors I've visited, he asked questions to genuinely get to the root of my problems and pains. I'm also 16 weeks pregnant and know he'll take great care of us :-). I'm looking forward to many future visits and a long lasting relationship with this office. 5 stars for sure!

Lonnie is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at her craft in therapeutic massage. I've been recovering from a car accident 1.5 yr ago and after a short consultation prior to starting, Lonnie knew exactly what to do. We had great discussion on what recovery and rebuilding looks like for my body specifically. And she was great about coordinating all our efforts with Joe Sullivan at the Haven Chiropractic. I'm grateful to have found a great team for my care.

Dr. Joe is a superb professional! Dr. Joe took the time to explain processes and remove any questions or concerns. He made a point to answer every question I had. He was in no rush and took the time for me to learn as much as I wanted about the processes we went over. Dr. Joe sent me away with an understanding of issues he found and what we did to start fixing them.

I have never been so impressed like i am with Lonnie & Joe! Together they are the team that will heal years of pain and issues! They’re very knowledgeable and have incredible technique. I am SO very THANKFUL to both of them!
