Havasu Knot Ninjas Massage

I was 5 minutes late, and the girl showed me an attitude, as if I was taking up her time, not mine. I should have turned around and walked away. It was a couple of years ago but I still remember this bad experience, lying on the massage table and being verbally scolded, and her attitude is still the same, still showing in her replies below.

I made an appointment the next day for Kelly at Knot Ninja's. I arrived 5 minutes early and Kelly was waiting for me and took me directly to the massage room. I had booked the 1 hour full body massage and she did not disappoint! The room was nice and I felt like I was laying under the stars. She really knows her stuff and when the massage was over I felt like a million bucks. She's great and I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Kelly!!

Was a phenomenal massage. Jena was very nice when she greeted me. Took the time to read the profile I had submitted for problem areas I was feeling. She was very thorough in those areas and I didn’t have to remind her about any of those areas. The 90 minute massage was so good and relaxing I had to keep myself from drooling as I melted into the table. Very good conversationalist. Explained things in detail for ways I can treat problem areas at home. The lighting and music in the room is very soothing and enhances the relaxation of the massage. I highly recommend Knot Ninjas. I've been receiving massage service from Jena for several months. She works on my back and neck in ways that I need. I go every other week. Recently, I missed two appointments due to various issues. I am very aware of the difference in my pain levels and overall wellness when I do not get bodywork from Jena. Her listening skills and ability to provide deep tissue massage without the next-day pain spike are amazing!
