I've only been here once so far. Receptionist is very friendly. I felt welcomed here. Jon was very professional & explained things so I was able to understand. I didn't have to wait even though I was a ½ hr early. I didn't feel the need to rush through the paperwork. Receptionist came back inside & alerted me that my driver was there but parked down a ways. Much appreciated!

Jon and his staff are incredible. His approach to your recovery is well planned and executed. He got me back to normal and even stronger. Thank you so much!!!

Because of Dr. Lane Rohrich's approach towards healing and learning better body mechanics I’m able to compete again. He wasn’t afraid to get me under a barbell again to strengthen my joints and now I have my life back. All thanks to the amazing staff at the Pierce location.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming from the receptionist to the physical therapist. You get that nice small town feel where you are on a first name basis and they treat you right. Highly recommended.

This place is AMAZING!! Everything was thoroughly explained to me about my treatment plan regarding my shoulder. I’ve had a handful of shoulder surgeries now and have never had everything explained like Jon did. I had to bring my 1 year old along, and they went above and beyond to help me out with my little one!! From playing with him to offering to carry him out to my car for me! I’ve never walked into a PT place and felt so welcomed right away. You can tell they all truly care for their patients!!
