The most gorgeous Lagree studio I’ve ever been to!! The work out is challenging in the best way possible and Hannah is a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher. She offers lots of assistance and encouragement. The cold plunge and sauna are also an amazing touch too. 🤍
FANTASTIC! This is the business Laguna needed! Love the hot sauna and ice plunge set up. Nothing makes me feel more alive and healthy. I used to deal with significant inflammation in my body from many years of sports injuries. Sauna and ice has helped me flush out all those linger pains. So nice to have this lovely studio to step into for a mental and physical fix. Thank you for the hospitality... also they have one of those torture machines they called pilates... :)
