I was referred to the clinic by my physician. I trusted everyone in the office from the moment I walked in. Everybody was nice and made sure I understood the next steps to in my journey. My husband and I felt very comfortable and knew we were in the right place to become pain free. Thank you!

Dr. Birthi is absolutely the best! He talks you through the procedure and makes you feel at ease. He and his staff make it easy for you to feel comfortable.

Dr. Berthi did a steroid injection on my back today in the office. The staff was so professional and so kind and I have never been so thankful for pain relief in my life. I would absolutely recommend seeing this office for anyone who suffers from chronic pain.

Been going here since November. Have always had amazing service, very friendly professional staff. Everyone is very compassionate and on point. They always take the time to listen and explain anything if I have any questions. They have been very proficient with helping get my pain under control. Dr Birthi and all the staff have been great! Had an absolutely horrible experience. Was out of my prescription pain medication on a Friday night. Called the office and received a message stating "open 8-5 M-F and call back during business hours. No one one on call, so called my personal MD for a prescription. Because he sent one to a pharmacy, they now REFUSE to see me, stating it was an agreement that only they could prescribe pain medication! Was I supposed to suffer until Monday? Dr. Birthi does not even have privelges at the Hospital in Hastings!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If appointments aren’t available in GI, Hastings is a quick 20 minute drive!

They listen to how the pain affects and work on relief options it’s a wonderful thing to have someone willing and able to help

Dr. Birthi is trating me for thoracic back pain. He has been very helpful with to expect and has he helped me be more comfortable with the procedure! The girls in the office amazing 😍
