Hartz Physical Therapy - Lancaster West

A friend recommended Hartz PT & it was a great experience. Great facility & staff, very welcoming. I was fortunate to work with Greta & Katie who were amazing. Greta addressed my concerns and created an amazing strength training program which helped me tremendously moving forward. Kudos to you gals! Patrick is a fabulous physical therapist. He explains the exercises well, and he is very personable. He was great at suggesting what I could do at home to help with my recovery. I would give Patrick 10 stars if I could!! Hartz is fortunate to have him on their staff.

Highly recommend this location for their PT services! I worked primarily with Patrick and Payton, who always made me feel like I was their priority even when they were busy. I also had the pleasure of working with other therapists from the West office and a few others helping out and that attitude was everywhere. From Helen greeting everyone who comes in, to Payton remembering the little things we would chat about from session to session and incorporating what I shared was important to me. It felt very welcoming. I strongly encourage people to check them out if needed.

I recently finished therapy for my arthritic hip at Hartz Physical Therapy in their west office. I worked with Dan, Payton, and Ashley. They are top-shelf. They guided me through the paces with care and professionalism. I am quite pleased with the results they helped me produce. They treated me like a friend rather than a patient. I looked forward to my sessions. Payton had things in common with me (weightlifting and the US Army) so we had a lot to talk about while I executed the movements. Ashley was also great for conversation. Dan's evaluations of my progress were encouraging. The fact he likes to play disc golf, as I do, made my day.This made the time there quite pleasant. I will need their services again this fall and winter. I look forward to seeing my friends again. Until then, be well.

Hartz is helping me with a hip injury. Everyone at Hartz is friendly and knowledgeable. They continuously ask for feedback as you are doing exercises and stretches. They’ve helped me improve so much in just a month. Highly recommend!

I'm very thankful for the team at the Lancaster West location at Hartz Physical Therapy. The therapists are very knowledgeable and caring and I have appreciated their work with me. I highly recommend them for anyone needing physical therapy or aqua therapy.
