Hartford HealthCare Urgent Care

Went in on an Easter Sunday, they were ther only local urgent care with an xray tech that day. My nephew hurt himself playing basketball. They took him in and I think it was dr Muhammad (I could be totally wrong on that name, I'll correct it later) and couldn't be more attentive or personable. The nurses and front desk ladies were welcoming too. They tested my nephew and gave us follow up paperwork and we were out quickly. It was probably one of the better experiences I've had at an urgent care.

I think it was just fine for an urgent care visit. I do have to say that I felt very rushed by the practitioner. Honestly, it felt like she was rushing because I was asking about questions beyond her knowledge base. She thought I had a yeast infection and didn't want to entertain that it could be contact dermatitis. I wish she would have been straight with me about why she was rushing. If it was because of the length of the allotted time, I think that allotment problematic.

What can you say about Santana He's a legend awesome show as usual at the Hartford healthcare place never been to a bad show there and I've been to 20 since it has opened and going to more keep on rocking Connecticut

The Nurse practitioner was efficient. She listen to me and didn’t dismiss my symptoms and answered my questions.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in with severe chest pain, a cough, could barely breathe and had every symptom of pneumonia and walked out with nothing but cough medicine and an inhaler that did absolutely nothing. My condition got so bad that I was on the verge of going to the hospital but consulted with another doctor and they confirmed again that it was pneumonia and was concerned as to why I was not put on an antibiotic and steroid in the first place. This doctor did their job and within 12 hours of taking the correct medications and getting the care I truly needed I felt so much better. The doctors there do not care about what’s wrong with you, they want you in and out. Their inability to treat me with proper care almost landed me in the hospital. If you have seen Diana Eva Morocz, RUN to get a second opinion. The nurse that I saw was very sweet and listened to me but this “doctor” was the worst doctor I have ever encountered. She even suggested that an antibiotic meant for a UTI would help with pneumonia. Absolutely disgusting care. Avoid this place at all costs. All they want is your money.

Hurt my back and needed urgent care. Stopped at one place and no drs there. Talked to a coworker who suggested this urgent care. BEST PLACE EVER! Waiting time is minimal. Paperwork quickly done. Nurses and doctors and staff all exceptional and friendly. And also getting a primary dr from a referral at same location. I’m a patient for life.

Very quick and accommodating to my needs, took me in right away, and I love the MyChartPlus where you can actively see your test results before your doctor even comes in to see you! Also great to have my entire medical testing history centralized in one place.

Staff is great I'm very pleased every time I leave there they are concerned with my problems and they address them very quickly highly recommend .
