I recently had surgery in May and started PT the following week. Throughout my months of weekly visits Carolyn & Jacqueline were great. They worked with me and made sure I was comfortable through my recovery. Following the planned OT exercises at the office and at home helped me to heal faster and get back to work. I feel great so far ....fingers crossed. I started last summer with therapy with Chris & Peggy and had injections only to find it was not healing and surgery was the next step. I can't thank all four ladies enough for the hardwork they put in to get me back to where I am now. I have to say from the ladies in the front office to my therapists at my visits they were always pleasant and had smiles everyday. It was a relaxing and calm environment compared to other places I have had PT at in the past. As I have aged heavy manual labor has taken its toll and I was lucky to have a great team to help me get back in the game, thank you staff.

I have been going to pt here everytime i need it. The staff has always been great. They listen to your needs and help you figure out whats best for you. They know thier jobs well and are very professional. Never had a bad experience here. The place is always neat and clean. The therapist ive had are top notch and know thier jobs well. I would recommend hartford health pt to anyone who needs physical therapy. The people at the front desk are also very pleasant and helpfull.

The therapist is very attentive and supportive throughout the session. She works with you according to your needs and what to do at home. Very patient and friendly. Professional.

Exceptional staff and therapists, but my PT plan and execution lacked in my point of view. Exercises were not challenging and often only 20 minutes in total. I’ve experienced other family members in PT who are thoroughly engaged, have 1 hour of warm ups and intense workouts to strengthen areas in need. I felt I was the youngest client in this practice and will likely seek a different practice who could challenge me more in future to get best optimal results.

The therapist I had was unorganized, failed to log off of my chart when leaving the area (my information was there for anyone to see, even before I got there) very hard to understand as he spoke very softly. I just didn't vibe well with him...

My PT treatments are like “coming back home”! Lol! Over the last many years I have experienced (unfortunately), several health issues that have sent me PT. I have gotten to know many of the therapists and worked with them to get myself back on track. It’s not always an easy feat, but necessary! Can’t thank them enough for their care and commitment!

The physical therapist was great! The office staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you !

Jordan, my speech therapist was very attentive to my needs. She listened to me, advocated to my doctors on my behalf, and encouraged me to get a second opinion. She was kind, compassionate, and caring. This has been a rather daunting journey for me, in so many ways. I'm grateful to have had a supportive professional in my corner.
