The physical therapists and staff are wonderful. The problem is, and it is big, that you can schedule your 1st appointment and then may not get s an another for 2-3 weeks. I had to quit because I had been working with one therapist, and neither he nor any other therapist had any openings at all. For months. All that does is defeat the purpose.
