I've been helped so much by going to Courtney who is EXCELLENT at teaching how to combat the issues with my throat. She works right along with me and explains everything so very well and simply. She makes it seem easy. My serious issue was instantly better & more visits are showing me how to maintain my success. So glad I went there!

Courtney Ferris is an excellent speech therapist who does a thorough job of testing and explaining what process is needed to improve vocal quality .

I needed a very uncomfortable Esophageal Mobility test and my RN doing the test was absolutely amazing. Alessandra was extremely calming and helped me get through every second of this difficult process. I don’t think I could have ever completed it without her compassion and support.

Therapist Nicole Silva gets 5 stars, Hartford Healthcare phone and scheduling gets 0 stars! The phone system is abysmal and it proved almost impossible to reach the Wethersfield office or the answering service in order to make an appointment to see Nicole Silva, whom I highly recommend. Over the course of 2 weeks I called at least 10 times, 8 times it just rang for several minutes and no one picked up. Once the central answering/scheduling service answered and told me they would contact the office and ask them to call me-- never got a call. Tenth attempted call the answering center told me if I pressed option 3 my call would be answered by the office. If my doctor had not recommended Nicole so highly, I would have gone to another therapy site. The administration of Hartford Healthcare needs to correct the phone issue immediately if they care about the patients and the revenue.
