It was great,Kelly Peterson is so good at her job,I always leave feeling better.Kelly is always happy,and so helpful ,caring and just plain nice.

The people at the front desk were pleasant and the physical therapist were excellent as always. The challenge is that I was involved in a motor vehicle accident the car I was driving belong to my mother I do not have a car therefore I do not have car insurance. The car that I was driving is registered to my mother insured by my mother and she does not live in the same household as I am therefore I am not listed as an authorized driver on her vehicle. The insurance policy covers all license drivers which I am. I provided a declaration page that indicates that the bills for physical therapy should be billed to my health insurance company because the auto insurance does not cover med pay. I was told that I was not able to get physical therapy there unless I paid out of pocket because I could not provide a declaration page with my name on it that says I am not covered by medpay. Not having Auto insurance myself I would not be able to provide that document. After going there for physical therapy several times for other issues I now have to find somewhere else to go. This is an inconvenience and seems to be a problem with your billing system that has now become a problem in my healthcare.

Bradley my therapist was fantastic. He took the time to learn about my condition to customize his treatment to me. He was effective and compassionate. He is knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Support staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.

I had immediate relief for my vertigo after Matt's treatment in my first treatment. Second treatment went even better. The group is wonderful.
