This PT Rehab center is amazing! The staff are all knowledgeable and patient and endearing. Each time I leave there I feel a little more empowered to keep aiming to help myself help my spine. Cannot say enough about the services (the physical therapy itself) since Lisa, and Jerry, and Joe are outstanding. And I'm sure so are the rest of the 'team'. But these are the three who regularly work on me. And even in the reception area--all wonderful there. And the building itself is so clean and airy. I highly recommend this facility!

Wow, what a beautiful place where Toys R Us used to be. Very eye appealing. Nice parking. I came in, and there is a directory to lead you to your destination. Very open space and nice seating. You are not on top of each other and can easily distance. Two floors are easily accessible. Similar layout to their other locations, but newly updated.

Christine Elci is an outstanding Physical Therapist. Her knowledge and application of various therapy techniques helps you recover faster. She also gives you printed materials and explains home exercises to help you manage your problems.

My experiance with Backus Hospital Rehabilitation Network- Waterford, has been wonderful!! The staff, from the front desk to all the therapists, are friendly and caring people. The rehab space is kept very clean. The physical improvement I have seen in myself is beyond anything I could have imagined. I will not hesitate to go there again for any future rehabbing I may need. I've gone to this therapy group several times over the years and I think the care and concern they have for their patients is over the top! I have seen pretty much all the people who work there and they all have the same level of care. I totally recommend them.

The Waterford branch is the best! Every therapist in there seems to care very much for their patients recovery which is such a breath of fresh air in todays world. It’s a fun atmosphere with good music, little bit of good vibes and lots of work but yet every time I leave I feel looser and better. My therapist and assistant are very good at what they do with a good bedside manner but also they all seem to give positive encouragement. Right down to how its run to the sweet girls in the office makes my day every time I go even though I might dread the next day.

I have had a fantastic experience with physical therapy at HHC Rehabilitation Network in Waterford. The facility is state-of-the-art and clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgable and I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The physical therapy team is wonderful (shout-out to Keith Stark!). He takes his time to explain what is going on with my body, is attentive to my needs, and makes me feel valued and heard when I am there. I highly recommend HHC Rehabilitation Network.

Amazing professional staff, from the front desk to the physical therapy staff. Physical therapy is not always a pleasant process, but my therapists Christine and Lisa made the process fun , informative, and successful.
