Shirley Muczinski, PT, and everyone in the HHC Rehab office in Wallingford deserve a 5+ rating. They were professional, efficient and timely for all of my OT visits. Shirley paid sincere, attentive care to my concerns and personalized my treatment plan. I cannot compliment her enough on her professional skills.

Therapists are great. When I first went there I was in so much pain. After only 2 visits they had me moving around well. Now I'm just about pain free. Love these Therapists.

I am so impressed with this Physical therapy Group. Got to know them from my husband's visits for therapy after sugery on his spine , and now I am going. They care , they are fun, and I felt great when my appointment ended. I do recommend them... I have been to physical therapy sessions with othopedica groups and they dont come close to the attention you get from the HTFD Healthcare Rehab group in Wallingford.

I’ve been dealing with back pain for a few years now. I was recommended to try PT before I can get an MRI. I went here for a little over 6 weeks and worked with Craig Chatfield. He’s a great guy, super understanding, and I felt like he really cared to try and help me. Although I am not 100%, I do think he has been able to help me feel better than normal. I’ve learned some better ways to help support the area that is bothering me. This facility has a great environment. I really appreciate Craig and his approach to try and help to me. Awesome guy!

I have found my Physical Therapist to be excellent . One problem that really annoys me is that one of the heat treatments requires a gel be put on the my back area. This gel is freezing cold and just about puts my back into spasms. I find no excuse for this as when I get an ultrasound, the gel is always heated. If you feel a gel warmer may cause a fire hazard then get a microwaveable pad that gives of heat but doesn't require being plugged in. You can set the gel on one of these pads. The ones I have seen are used to keep small animals like orphan puppies warm. I will refuse these heat treatments until you fix the problem.

If this is about my surgery on May 2nd I can't say enough good things about the sergy center. Top notch If this is about my ED visit, May 26th, I'm extremely disappointed. I came in septic, which is why my Dr. sent me in. The first RN blew my vein while taking labs. I told him he did, he said he didn't. I use to be a phlebotomist. Had a large walnut at my ac for days afterwards. I also told them I wanted to die. Nothing came from that. I was not in my right mind from the sepsis. I did want to die. All they did was give me a bag and a half of fluids and take a chest exray and told me to follow up with my primary on Tuesday. Monday was Memorial day. She couldn't believe I wasn't admitted. I can't believe how 2 different departments could be so different. Surgery Center 10+ ED -5
