Holly Scoville is the best, she knows how to work many types of rehab therapy and will get you back on your feet. If Holly cant help, no one can! 🙂 I really enjoy my time with her.

Over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time and still haven’t seen anyone. Front end people don’t seem like the care about their job duties and are very rude and disrespectful.

The physical therapist are the greatest physical therapist one could ever ask for..... However the office staff needs a little work in hospitality and customer service because Edna from billing will not answer a question when she has huddle and will put huddle over the customers at any time which is not very professional or good business etiquette... (Someone needs to go tell Edna that it is unprofessional to blatantly walk away from Customers because it is huddle time. Or Just keep her in a billing closet and not let her near the front desk as she brings a miserable vibe with her looks and lack of wanting to answer questions.) I was also discriminated against on Tuesday July 26th when the front desk lady asked me if I was experiencing COVID symptoms, told me it was the procedure but failed to ask the question to the man standing in line Infront of me and the man who came after me.... I felt it was discrimination because I was the only non Hispanic person in the room and the only one the lady asked about COVID symptoms... If it is procedure then the question should be asked to everyone not just the people the office staff could care less for .... So I would give the Physical therapy part a FIVE star because Anna, Krista,Holly, and Jonathan Excel at what they do ..... However the front office staff needs ALOT of retraining in communication, and customer service....
