I had to have a emergency surgery on my finger from snipping off a hang nail and waited about a month before going in for occupational therapy. If you are in need of any therapy and your insurance is taken by this facility GOOOO !! They are amazing its a calming location never feels overcrowded. Extremely clean and beth is amazing. She has given me hope and shown me critical techniques that have truly helped me gain majority of my range of motion. I never feel rushed within our 30 minutes and after her encouraging words she constantly teaches me more about the anatomy of the hand. Ive had surgery on the past for other body parts and she restored my faith in great physical therapist

What a great team of professionals! If what ever kind of therapist gives you stretches and exercises todo at home, give it your best effort no matter what try and follow through. It makes a difference. Thank you Norwich and Mystic PTs! 😀

I went for physical therapy. I am having so many challenges with transportation and my knee giving out and life debilitating situations, also challenges with medical taxi. I missed appointments. I was brought in, Sat in a chair and lectured not once but 3 times was scolded for missing appointments like a child. I understand I have missed appointments yet I was treated very rudely. I walked out and will never go back. We never know what people are struggling with in life. It was completely unprofessional.

I go there for physical therapy my therapist is Madeline I believe that's her name could be wrong Nadine all that sucks I can't even remember her name but she does a very good job very understanding and very patient and that is in the 111 North Salem turnpike office while that's really bugging me I can't remember name thank you they therapist there Angelo I can't remember everyone's name but they're all very good

Camryn was excellent. She helped improve my shoulder muscle with her knowledge and caring. We discussed the fact that she is always learning new information to help her patients. She also knew that I had an additional issue and referred me to another therapist. An amazing experience for me.

Staff were great very helpful and caring. Always felt welcomed with a smile. Great team! Facility was very clean as well. My one recommendation would be to have a coat rack so you do not need to carry your outerwear from machine to machine. It truly was a great rehab program following my total knee replacement, and highly recommend for anyone needing rehab after orthopedic surgery.

Everyone was very professional, courteous, and caring. I actually looked forward to my appointments, which has never happened before. Highly recommend them!
