Arrival greeting, badge issue personnel was a 1. Admitting process was a 5. Pre-op nursing was a 4. Surgery team was a 5. Recovery nurse was a 1. In summary, the hospital visit started badly as soon as I got into the building. The recovery nurse greeted me, then never returned to check on me or offer any drink. I had to flag someone after 45 minutes to ask to get dressed and to use the toilet. I ended up having to take the chest patches and leg massagers off myself. I never was asked about or was given anything to drink or eat. She called my wife to get me after i got ready and called for an aide to wheel me out immediately. So then the aide wisked me away so I could wait in the lobby for 20 miuites until my wife arrived. It's a shame the whole experience had to start and end in such a bad way. It made the visit unpleasant even though the middle portions were good.

Everything was excellent with everyone at the rehab facility. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional from the first day through the last one. Livia Shehu was the physical therapist who worked with me and I have nothing but the highest praise for her...and the rest of the crew. It's not broken -- don't try to fix it!

The PT I had was a life saver! Michelle was caring and concerned about my wellbeing when I did my PT she could tell when my oxygen level was low and she showed me how to breathe the correct way without the left upper lobe. Michelle has a personality that is infectious she makes you laugh and actually enjoy your PT. Because of her training and knowledge I am getting through my chemo with questions answered. She may like to laugh but very serious with her patients. That is why I drive an hour and fifteen minutes one way to do my PT with her. The office staff are awesome always a smile and a big “Hi! How are you” well worth the travel time.

My experience at Hartford HealthCare Rehab on North Mountain Rd in New Britain Ct. was a very positive one. I have been going there since Jan 2024 until last week. The day I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and the the Staff that greeted me were very professional, friendly and organized. I received the information that I needed, and my questions were answered with much patience and knowledge. lThe girls are Lisa and Jonaya. Each time that I go in there, I am greeted with a smile and friendly greeting, no matter how busy they are. I hope that you realize that the people at the front desk are the ones that make the first impression. These are the people that help bring in the clients that you care for, and they make the difference. Lisa and Jonaya DO make this difference. My Physical Therapist, Livia Shehu, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging thru the whole experience. She showed me proper body mechanics, supported me with each exercise, and pushed me in a very kind and supportive way. I made great progress and owed this to her. Not only is she very smart, Livia has a great sense of being and great sense of humor. This does help the process. I think that this office should be honored for a JOB WELL DONE! We don't hear this done very often but it makes for a better workforce. Everyone in this office needs to be celebrated. I am a retired nurse and when nurses have a problem, we call "our network" to see what and who would be the best to call. I would recommend your office. It is number one in my book. I have utilized PT and OT via HH Rehab network after both of my pregnancies. I had an excellent experience especially with Michelle Mazzarella! It can be hard to find good women’s health trained therapists especially ones who accept insurance, and it’s VERY important that the therapy is worth the time spent while leaving your baby in the first months of life. So grateful to have access to this care!

I have been seeing Felicia Monteforte , for my lymphodema and she has been a wonderful help, great advice and great support for stockings and wraps, also many useful information to help skin
