I'll admit my expectations were low when I walked in. The pain in my shoulders, especially the left side was excruciating. Tracie Ortoleva set forth a program of exercises that I could easily do. She has a very special way of making her patient feel comfortable and never once asked to much of me. It is thanks to her that I now feel like a younger person. The pain is gone, and I can once again move my arms. Should you be living in pain, make sure you give Physical Therapy at Hartford HealthCare a try. I'm sure you'll be glad you did!

Hartford Healthcare Rehab in Mystic is wonderful. They are teaching me how to get pain relief on my own as well as addressing the discomfort I have right now. The staff, both clerical and therapeutic, are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and easy to work with. Excellent experience!

post knee replacement PT was essential and professional from a caring staff. thankful for HHC in Mystic. PT is from Backus Hospital @ Magic HHC. last year 1st knee, this month my 2nd. I also wanted a shout out “thank you” to Carla who was so helpful getting me set up to begin this years PT. ALL staff are a plus for Mystic!
