Dr. Lele is one of the kindest and most thorough physicians my family has ever had. I highly recommend him!! He takes care of myself, my husband and our daughter for various reasons and we all think very highly of him.

I came to Hartford healthcare rehabilitation E. Main St., Meriden facility a month and a half ago after having neck pain. I had herniated discs which were causing me to have numbness, pain and tingling down my arms at night. Juan Duque worked with me. From the beginning, he was extremely thorough very professional and thankfully helpful. Each week he worked with me showing me different exercises to strengthen my body to keep me from being in pain. Seeing an improvement after one week, it made me want to continue doing these exercises religiously at home and with each week I would see more and more improvement. Thank you Juan for your professionalism, knowledge and your kind demeanor. I highly recommend this Hartford health care rehabilitation facility. Everyone at this facility was wonderful. And I am getting a much better nights sleep these days. I would return here if it became necessary.

Only my second physical therapy appointment and I am feeling harrassed and unwelcomed at every appointment. My most recent I was told to be on time. I stated only 2 minutes? The reply was snide and arrogant. I was 2 minutes late and I called to let them know. Their policy states more than 15 minutes. I have never been 15 minutes late. I will continue to monitor my treatment in hopes for better treatment.

My husband has been going to HHC Rehab on/off couple of years. They're always trying to work with us when he can't make his appointment. Staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend this physical therapy location

Very welcoming 🙏 they go straight to the point and you leave feeling good about yourself even if you still in pain because it takes a few sections to get back to normal but they always have a smile soft spoken and they don't rush you and if you don't feel comfortable with what you doing they go to next treatment 😊

This place is amazing for those with swelling/inflammation! Tara is a God send for those of us unfortunate lymphedema sufferers. She was the first person to give me hope that this condition can be managed. And they ordered my thousands of dollars of custom compression garments for night and day. I've been to a few different places and Hartford Healthcare is by far, the best place I could have found! Thank you Tara and Hartford Healthcare!

Lynn my OT, very welcoming, warm funny, answer all my questions without hesitation. With my problems she looks for suggestions and don't stop until she finds a solution🥰. You're the best Lynn 👍

Our PCP retired so we needed a new one. After much research, I found Deb Valin at PACT Hartford Healthcare in Hamden. Her professional manner and personality were much appreciated. She and her staff ran tests, offered to do bloodwork and put my mind at ease by running tests on my husband’s BP. We were both very happy to find a new Primary Care who was able to quickly pick up where we left off last year. Very grateful we have PillPack and CarePartners to back the office up as well as ourselves.
