I had foot/ankle surgery in August and was able to start walking and PT in October. I had my initial review with John G who was excellent. Very thorough. He listened to all my goals and paired me with the PTA that he thought would be best help me meet them. I did most of my PT sessions with Ryan. I can’t say enough how fantastic he is. he is very professional, thoughtful, and he truly listened to my goals and tailored each session to help me meet them. I’m pretty athletic and it was important to me to regain that part of my life. He definitely helped me do that! 5 stars!

John, Ryan and Alyssa are all awesome, so professional and pleasure to work with. They listen to your concerns and address them, explain why you are doing the exercises and keep the whole session a great experience. Would highly recommend them.

To whom it may concern, I enjoy going to my PT... its actually helping this time and its thanks to my therapist. I do want to say that on 12/6, I left my job and went to my apt only to be turned away by 2 ladies that were at the security desk. I have been coming here since Oct. And I have never been stopped at that desk. The way I was approached by them was not acceptable, I am a person who suffers from anxiety. The way they spoke to me just made me cancel that day and now iam asking myself if I should even return. I do know there are other clinics but I like this one, I travel half an hour from work.

Juli Deng is my therapist for rotator cuff surgery. She's been amazing! She had lots of different approaches to the healing process so that it's interesting, although painful, each time I go there. Each week a day or two after therapy, I am able to reach a little further than the week before which shows the incredible progress the rehab is enabling. Due to my progress with Juli, I'd highly recommend having therapy at Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network.

Iam so happy and pleased that I found the Bone and Joint institute. They are exceptional in all they do. Each staff conducts themselves in a more professional way and with empathy.
