I had a very positive experience here today. First time there, my PCP of 20 years had retired so this was my first visit with a new one. Staff was super nice, I didn't have to wait very long at all and the doctor was amazing! I was reluctant after reading the reviews but pleasantly surprised!

I am a new patient and have been without my prescription for 5 days and counting because the nurse in charge of calling the pharmacy fails to make the call. I have contacted the office three times, spending an average of 15-30 minutes in each call, without any results. As requested by the office, I called 5 days in advance of the prescription's last doses but the pharmacy did not received the call from the office. I called the office again, they acknowledged that I called in advanced as requested and apologized stating that the nurse would place the call by the end of the day. I stopped by the pharmacy at 8:30 pm and no call was placed. I am still trying to get a hold of someone at this office to get the call for the prescription and have been waiting for 45 minutes for someone to answer my phone call. I have no other option but to drive to the office to get a hard copy of the prescription and take it myself to the pharmacy. If you are considering a doctor, check the office's staff professionalism and their response to patients care. These individuals are irresponsible and do not understand what health care means. Look somewhere else. Stay away from this office.

MD cancelled annual physical and pushed it out a month. Now just cancelled an appointment I needed. They don’t care about your well being. How about assess each patients need for the visit and have them seen by another provider. In the past with having Covid the provider forgot to sign off on meds I needed. Thankfully I called inquiring as it was a Friday at 4:50 pm. I work for HHC and cannot get decent care when needed. Maybe it’s time to move onto another office!

The desk staff are very friendly but the rest of the appointment was a waste of time. My appointment was at 11:15. I arrived at 11. I wasn't seen by my Dr until 12:20. She was more interested in telling me the rules than my health. She gave a cursory exam and rescheduled me for another waste of time in 6 months. She didn't ask any questions or bother getting to know me (first time client) she just explained that she was already very busy and if I was sick I would probably have to see one of her colleagues as she usually books 3 weeks in advance. Just what a client wants to hear that you're an overbooked Dr who is going to neglect your clients if they're sick. This office is Not recommended.

Called today to get an appointment. I was told they could not see me until next year and to go to a walk-in clinic. What is the point of having a primary care physician if I can't get an appointment until next year, and it's only April. What an absolute joke.

Just horrible and incompetent. 1st issue was low on meds pharmacy had faxed for 3 weeks to renew prescription as I was also calling office and no reply what so ever until after the fact pharmacy just ended up giving me a couple days worth until office finally renewed.. then I had a dr. Appt over 1 month ago and needed an x-ray and referral to dermatologist to this day I have called weekly and they still have not replied... so unhappy with this office and will be looking for a new office.. not sure how this can happen... Incompetent without a doubt

I am not someone leave comments often, but this provider is horrible, especially the billing department. They bill for visits that I didn't made, and lack of effective communication with the insurance company, and wasted hours of my time trying to get the explanation of benefits to them, and the same request come up again! Words cannot describe my frustration with this provider! I would give it zero star if I can.
