Always a great visit. Smooth process and clear communication. Easy to get into the office/parking. Dr. Crosby is amazing. He listens and takes every concern seriously making sure to follow through in all matters.

This by far was the worst practice that I have ever gone to. To my women of color, I handpicked Dr. Oni, thinking that she would be as good as my last black doctor from HHC, and let me say I was thoroughly disappointed in her and her care. I don't recommend her at all, If you're considering her, don't bother. I found her and her entire team extremely rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and rushy. I went there with three things that I would have liked accomplished and left there with none, and getting the run around. I was told I needed to pick which of my issues was more important because she couldn't do both??? That she couldn't help me because I just met her. Who knew getting a note from your doctor would be so difficult. Or getting an order for blood to be drawn. So if you have an urgent issue, I don't suggest you go to her. Quite frankly, I wouldn't suggest this practice at all. The woman at the front desk wasn't friendly, and the intake nurse was also not polite either. Very poor care, hope this helps someone looking for a new PCP, I won't be going back.

They do everything they can to bilk every dollar from you and your insurance. Require appt once a month and will hold your prescriptions hostage if you miss them.

My appointment disappeared without any reason and my husband appointment was after me 😠 he at least got his D.O.T. physical examination, I had to do another appointment 😠

DONT GO HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY WORST PRACTICE EVER. laughed at me cause they sent me to the hospital by removing my prescription i depended on. Going to sue these people

This place sucks, the reception the first one from the door, sucks, had to wait for over an hour for nothing. When I checked after 1/2 hr said oh dr. Is behind and after an hour she doesn’t know how long I should wait more. I hear chitchatting in back someone cancelled my check in. Unbelievable. I wish there was no stars what so ever. I don’t even want to give one star. Furious as hell. Make sure to keep checking so they don’t keep you waiting there until you dieπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

The receptionist like to argue with the patients, the doctors get upset and hang up the phone whenever you try to express health concerns. Do yourself a favor and find a place that will care about your health, and give you the quality care you deserve.

his rating is directly directed to the process of getting a RX refilled. Last year, I called the Pharmacy to refill a RX, they sent a request to doctor's office. No response. I called the Pharmacy to confirm that it was ready and they had not heard from the doctor's office. I called the doctor's office to confirm that it was approved. They said they would have the nurse take care of it and they would expedite it. I called the Pharmacy again - still no RX from doctor's office. I called the doctor's office (now a week after it was first ordered) and they said that the nurse would take care of it. I questioned their process to approve the RX. STILL NO RX. I called the doctor's office for the third time and they told me I needed to make an appointment with the doctor. NOONE HAD CALLED ME OR TOLD ME THIS INFORMATION UNTIL AFTER MY THRID CALL! The same thing is happening again. I have contacted the doctor's office for the third time and they said the doctor was in and that the receptionist would give to nurse and nurse would give to Dr. Y, and he would put in the order! This process has now taken over a week and still I do not have the RX yet. I let them know that I would call the Pharmacy in one hour to confirm, and she gave me some response about the doctor being busy! This is ridiculous. I am very displeased with this process. The receptionist was very friendly , polite and professional, but the job didn't get done yet.
