Very hospitable, well staffed, medically equipped, and very knowledgeable regarding patients care.

I visit here often and it seems like a decent place. I have always had positive interactions with the staff. I have seen no problems there and it has an acceptable odor, unlike some other nursing homes.

Very stable, caring leaders! Go in and see for yourself!

Really this was a horrible nightmare. Most of the staff are there for a check , but have no business in patient care . I did have a few people who treated you like a person and was a bright beam of caring and concern for the patient . Someone that has a higher position and cares about the way the people are treated should send a patient to see for themself how ugly the staff treats patients . I could tell specifics if I thought it would matter , I assure you that the administration on sight has no intent of making improvements.

Some cna s are not very pleasant. Some are very nice. They didn't keep up with my father n laws clothes. We didn't get them back after he was released. Also lost his phone charger. And they should have a seating area outside windows to visit. Very uncomfortable. One CNA hung up on me while I was talking to my father n law. Just rude.

Trying to give this place a chance before I complain to every board that'll make a difference. So far I've only spoken to 2 helpful personnel there. They don't have virtual or physical tours which I deem a red flag and seem to be low staffed. I've called a few times to check on my dad and no ones picked up. I will be getting my father moved asap atp.

I was there for physical therapy. 6 weeks. Food was good. Staff were great. Quick to answer call lights. All 3 shifts. Administer made rounds twice a day to make sure everyone had needs met and if patient Was treated with respect.

The staff is rude, they exploit every patient there, it's dirty. I hate that my mom even had to stay there for her rehab. Do not send your loved ones there.
