Harris and Renshaw Physical Therapy - Sherwood

I recently completed 7 weeks of physical therapy for knee replacement at Harris & Renshaw’s Sherwood location. The facility was clean, comfortable and well equipped but the best thing here is the staff. Everyone in this office was respectful, friendly and so encouraging. Much thanks to Chad, Garrett, Constance, Hayden and Jessie for getting me through those 7 weeks. And a special thank you to Katy who had faith in me even on the days I didn’t have faith in myself - she’s awesome!

Chad had worked with our daughter years ago, so I already knew he was quality and professional. Kim was my main therapist, and she was no different, very helpful to me throughout my journey. Katie and Constance were also a big help. In addition to the progress I made through the therapy sessions, the entire staff made me feel very much at home and kept me encouraged and uplifted. Jessie (office manager) was also a pleasure each day I was there through her warm greetings and assistance. I'm grateful to the entire staff for giving me the help that I needed along with their genuine compassion.

What a blessing this staff has been to me! I have been having extreme issues with vertigo for several months. After being recommended to HRPT, the front desk was able to get me in right away and was very helpful in guiding me and answering any questions that I had. The rest of the staff has been able to help me get back to feeling like myself again. I drive here all the way from Searcy and I would still recommend anyone from any location to visit this clinic for any of their needs.

I was having trouble pulling muscles playing golf. I was spending more time on the sideline than the course. Dr Chad designed me an exercise program that has enabled me to play again with NO pain! He and his team were great. Thank You!!!

Harris and Renshaw Physical Therapy is one of the most positive medical environments I've been in. The staff is friendly and fun loving, at the same time, very respectful. Gary listened closely to my concerns and was quick to make adjustments in my therapy when I experienced some unexpected pain in my hip while doing therapy for a total knee replacement. Later he offered needling for a painful hamstring, which quickly resolved the issue. But don't think the staff will let you slack off on your homework! They encourage you to push yourself and challenge you to go past your comfort zone. I appreciate everyone on staff, from the office manager to the trainers to Gary and Chad. I will definitely go back after the next knee surgery, though I hope it is a few years out! 😂

I have enjoyed several weeks of therapy. Today was a particularly difficult session for me and Katie was so sensitive and positive she motivated me to have one of my best sessions yet. Special thanks to Katie.

Need physical therapy? You have to make Harris and Renshaw you first stop. They are exceptional!!!!!! Have used several therapy clinics over the years, no one beats this clinic for services provided. The therapists are compassionate, empathetic, skilled and very friendly. Every step of your rehabilitation is explained until you are comfortable with the program. They are as committed to your well being as your are. Each employee never hesitates to stop what they are during to answer all your questions or treats you like you are a burden for those questions . Never dread going to therapy at Harris and Renshaw. Gary is a dream to work with. Felt like I was participating in therapy decisions not "my way or the highway mentality" but gentle guidance towards the right program for me. My thoughts were given equal measure to his own. Gary made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. Safety and "Do no Harm" were always his first priority. He is an extraordinary and talented person. Front office staff sets up the first impression perfectly. They are super friendly, professionalism is top notch while still leaving you with the feeling you are just part of the family, and appointments are easy to schedule with short wait times. Reception area is comfortable with almost no waiting before being called. The entire atmosphere at Harris and Renshaw from the time you walk in until you leave is one of ease and laid back. Like visiting an old friend or your favorite aunt. Harris and Renshaw Physical Therapy puts the fun and enjoyment back into a chore usually boring and sometimes painful. I know I will never go any where else. Once you give Harris and Renshaw a chance, you won't either!

Where you rehab post surgery is important. I've had two shoulders, both rotator cuff repairs, rehabbed at Harris and Renshaw in Sherwood. The care team is professional and I always felt like they were in tune with my care and progress.
