Bootcamp is awesome!!! I usually do the CrossFit classes but after my knee injury, I started taking the boot camp class to get a variety of exercises and have some lower impact workouts. Boot camp is so fun and I love that the workouts are always something different which makes working out fun and you don’t feel like the time is going by slow.

This place is awesome! The CrossFit side of the business has supportive coaches who will get you to whatever goal you may have. A well stocked box, it has sufficient amount of equipment and lots of times for classes and open gym workouts. The members are super friendly, nonjudgmental, and extremely supportive. It's an excellent community. The bootcamp classes are superb, challenging enough but doable, and fun. The coach thoughtfully creates the workout that takes into consideration everyone’s fitness level, while still getting a great strength, core, and cardio workout in. Many movements are easily adaptable, so don’t let the thought of not being able to do something stop you from trying the bootcamp classes. Held twice a week in the morning and evening, the class times are perfect to squeeze a workout in at the end of the work day or the beginning of the weekend. The class size is manageable and the people and coach are extremely supportive. I cannot say enough about this place- it's truly a great supportive place, well staffed, and professionally run.
