I haven't been here for over twenty years, but when Harmony Health popped up I was forced to relive my horrible experiences with Rachel. I hope she's been long gone for the patients sake. She is rude, unprofessional and has the worst bedside manner. While getting my refill for my allergy pills she asked how much they were going for. I was confused. She said, 'you know, how much do you get for them on the streets?' I broke my finger and she never gave me a splint or anything. My appointment with the bone doctor was a week away and deformity had already set in. My middle finger is permanently deformed because she doesn't care. My daughter was 5 and we were getting her shots. She wouldn't cooperate so Rachel asked, 'do you want to be shot, hung or electrocuted?' Something is wrong with her. Obviously that was the final straw because who asks a five year old child that question? I was done.

I’ve been going here for a few years now! This place is the best the workers here go above and beyond here I’ve never had a bad experience here and as I’ve stated never bad experience or any problems and yes I certainly do recommend this place to all my friends and I do tell them about this place.

Amazing staff! Always going above and beyond for their patients. My family and I have been coming to HH since 2015. Love love love them. Best in Yuba/sutter area. They make us feel like family which I love. I never feel like it’s a transaction when going into appointments. My grandma goes to Ampla Health and it’s insane the difference overall between the two offices. The birthing center at HH is beautiful and a great option for moms interested in home birth. I would trust the midwife’s with my life, they are so informative and very knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you Harmony Health and staff for always being there for myself and my family! You guys play a huge role in our health and we appreciate your support so much!!

I’m not sure what happened to other but the three providers I’ve been seeing for the past few years are amazing. I do recommend if you need last minute appointments this is definitely not the place.

I have been attending here for about 4 months so far. Today, I was two minutes shy of 15 minutes late for my appointment and was turned away when I arrived. I wasn’t feeling well and it was too late to give 24 hrs notice so I went anyway. They even told me we sent in the person ahead you. I just feel like they were not very understanding to to my situation.

I liked it at first, then when they told me I had gestational diabetes they seemed yo completely stop having patience with me or even caring, the only ones I like there are Elizabeth and the nice receptionist who actually cared enough to learn my name, and the good phlebotomist was Gabby. Fonda Shaw didn't see me very often, she was okay as a midwife, but could be a bit more hospitable or friendly. Ariana was the most rude nurse and every time she set up an appointment for an ultrasound it would for some strange reason get canceled or my insurance would change randomly. She had no sensitivity when telling me about a referral to an obgyn and had a bad attitude since day one. Elizabeth is the most kind and understanding and smart, she was the only reason I didn't just walk out at that moment they told me I couldn't have my water birth there. I just wanted to crumple up the referral and walk out. I will see the doctor they reffered me to, but I will not forget how it felt to have my whole virthing plan ruined. I also would call and ask for results and they told me they had come back normal, only to come into my appointment to be told bad news and I felt like I had been straight lied to. I think I'll just go there to see Elizabeth and that's all.. we'll see how it goes, I'll update if it changes. Update ** I have been cancelled on yet again. This place is very incompetent. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service I have found here. When I used to come here in the early 2000's, it was perfectly fine. When I showed up about a decade later and the place had expanded, I was excited to see how far along they had advanced. I have been thoroughly disappointed. I cannot express this enough. The phlebotomist who was taking my 3-hour blood test even forgot to change her gloves after handling a urine sample! Gaby, the smart one she is told the screwup that she's supposed to change her gloves. I've seen better sanitation at a fast food restaurant. Finally a competent doctor! Thank you Monica

They are truly caring, they provide with information and resources. They care about mental health and physical health.

Wretched! Went there for a sinus infection, and was waiting for the doctor for 30 minutes to enter the exam room. Then she entered. Less than friendly, and wearing a nirvana shirt. I told her about my situation, and she never engaged me at all. Stared at her papers, never examined me, did not take a culture for lab analysis nothing. Ordered a weak antibiotic, and said goodbye. Sinus infection returned. Went back same deal, and prescribed another antibiotic. Sinus infection returned. Went again. I ask if she was going to prescribe cipro antibiotic, and she said no that wouldn't be the right one. It was the very one she prescribed me on the visit before. I ultimately went to an urgent care where i was given a Z pack which actually killed the infection. Pathetic, political, and inept medical care. I have also learned that they will not hire any medical assistant that doesn't speak Mexican as well as English. I don't think they have a single white MA in their staff. Thats discrimination plain and simple. I would never go there again for anything, and i would strongly advise one and all to avoid this facility at all cost.
