I checked myself into Harmony because alcohol had taken over my life. From the moment I contacted Harmony, I was treated with care and respect. The staff really cares about your recovery. It is definitely more than a job to them. A great many are themselves in recovery, so they are able to relate to your fears and your issues. The care I received was multifaceted to include addiction recovery, mental health care, physical care, and withdraw care. The facilities were very nice and clean. When I got into the residential treatment area the room (cabin) was like a nice hotel room. This was a nice surprise. Being is Estes park was beautiful! The mountains surround you, elk and moose walk through the campus, peace and serenity surround you. There is always somewhere to walk. The staff takes clients on off campus hikes on trails in the area weekly. The food is incredible! Three meals a day, buffet style, addresses your nutrition. They keep you busy! Recovery is work, and if you do this right it is worth it. Classes and study are regular, as well as AA meetings and NA meetings. They work very hard to give you the tools to stay sober. That being said, they give you time to have some fun. Now that I am out, the alumni services and resources are top notch. They want you to maintain sobriety, so they work with you after you are discharged. With all that being said, if you have an addiction problem, please call Harmony! It can literally save your life.

In my opinion, Harmony is nothing more than a glorified 12-step indoctrination camp in a nice setting that allows a person to escape the realities and stressors of every day reality. I paid $20K for 30 days in 2006 and relapsed shortly after graduating. Harmony would not allow me to be readmitted because of my relapse. Fortunately for me, I was able to get sober and stay sober thru the SMART Recovery program which is a much better fit for me.

The HUB is a wonderful resource that I appreciate being able to turn to in my recovery. Every positive tool helps. Harmony and the HUB have helped me change my life in a very short time. This journey is only won through connection and vigilance, and Harmony helps teach the best ways to find this success.

I walked through the doors of Harmony 11 years ago and haven't had a drop of alcohol since. I get tears in my eyes when I think of my amazing experience there. Such love, compassion, and understanding. I went in at my lowest and came out with such hope and renewed love for life. I enjoyed the program and the staff felt like family. I have heard horror stories about other rehabs, and I never had a bad experience. Any concerns I had were met with sympathetic ears. If you need help, I highly recommend this place.

4 years sober today! This was the third rehab I attended. Harmony showed me how to be grateful for all the things I have. Words can't express how much these people have saved my life. I feel truely blessed to have taken Harmony's advice. I miss the food and the amazingly comfy cabins. Thanks Harmony. You're the best!

I got my life and family back because of the services at Harmony. I didn't know that I would make lifelong friends as well. The entire staff is amazing and care about the work they do. I have been sober for over a year now, and I would not have been able to accomplish that without the solid foundation that Harmony provided. Beautiful well cared for grounds in the mountains of Estes. Delicious nutritious meals and comfy cabins. Did I say the staff is amazing?!..from the medical team to the therapists, the grounds keepers and alumni service coordinators amd everyone in between. I could not have asked for my family to send me to a better treatment center. Truly amazing! I am thankful

Harmony Foundation was essential in providing the tools, support and education for getting me and my family started on the road to recovery. It also has great alumni services that have helped me to build a sustainable life in recovery. Hope and healing flows out of it's pristine mountain campus. It's been 6 years since I went to Harmony. It was the turning point in getting my life on the right track. Thank You Harmony, you saved my life.
