I have been going to Dr. B for about a month and the improvement I have seen is enough for me to keep coming back. I have always been hesitant of chiropractic care in the past but the relief in my neck is undeniable. The staff is also incredible. You are always greeted like a friend and not a customer which makes you feel automatically welcomed and allows you to trust them with your health. I would recommend Harbourside to anybody looking for chiropractic care. It may seem expensive but in the long run I rather not live with constant pain and misery so it’s a small price to pay for the improvements you can experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Brogna, Lenore, and the whole team - they are excellent! Initially I went in after having a lot of neck and back pain which they worked through with me and now I’ve added regular adjustments to my overall wellness plan. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Red flags!! No Prices Upfront & The Hard Sell Once You See The Doctor—- I should have known better when the office would not tell me the out of pocket costs per visit over the phone. They said that every patient is different. I asked to please give me at least the range in pricing so I had some idea. They wouldn’t. Most people want to know the costs involved before making purchases.They only provided the new patient price of $49. That’s just so they can get you in the door! I should’ve known better and listened to my gut and not gone to the appointment. They don’t tell you the prices upfront because they need the opportunity to try to persuade you, guilt trip you, and shame you in person into spending thousands of dollars on their “plan”. Once you're there and you speak to the doctor, (who has an uncomfortable energy about him),he begins the hard sell of the “plan”, and that he’ll need to see you 2-3 times per week over the next few months. He’s also an alarmist as a tactic to make your case seem so very ominous and so very difficult and so very perilous that if you don’t get on board with the program right away, you’re going to be a lost cause. It’s a total scare tactic money grab! I did not get a feeling of care and concern; rather it felt like a pathetic game of persuasion to get you to sign up on the “plan” of $1000-$3000 per month! Because as the doctor said,”He doesn’t do occasional adjustments for patients on an as needed basis. He needs to see you on a regular weekly basis”. What does that tell you about him and the work that he does?!

I had a wonderful consultation today. Dr Will gave me the most comprehensive explanation I’ve ever heard. Understanding the science behind the spine and how many systems are linked and affected when you are misaligned. It explains why so much of my entire body is out of whack, including why my allergies have gotten worse as my neck pain has increased. I can’t wait to start my treatment next week.

I went in for my initial meeting with xrays and counselation, so far so good. I go back tomorrow morning for analysis of xrays and diagnostic recommendations. Seems like a good place, write more tomorrow.

I have nothing but the absolute best to say about this facility and Dr. B! Dr. B has a great bedside manner and is professional but also friendly. The same applies to Lenore at the front desk. Scheduling here is always so easy thanks to Lenore whereas many places in Florida that can be very difficult. Dr. B really takes the time to learn more about you, your symptoms, your lifestyle, and your goals to provide the best treatment plan as possible for you. He is not pushy and won’t tell you to come in for more visits if you don’t need it. Dr. B runs his practice based on results and I wish more doctors followed suit! Thanks Dr. B for all of your help and same for Lenore! Really appreciate you both. Dr. B has changed my entire mind and perspective about chiropractic care in the best way possible. If you have back, or neck pain, this is the place you want to be at to get well and recovered.

Professional, friendly and honest! Dr. Brogna is very knowledgeable and wants to genuinely help you get better. I have been seeing Dr. B since the first of the year and each visit I feel better. I used to suffer from terrible headaches but I haven’t had one since I’ve started with Dr. B. I had never been to a Chiropractor prior to this so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I now feel I am in great hands and I am so grateful. His staff is very professional and friendly and they can always fit you in, no matter your crazy schedule. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr. B and his staff for almost 3 months now for neck related issues. I have tried other Chiropractors prior to finding Dr. B and I never felt they truly wanted me to get better- a see you a a few weeks but never gave me a solution. Dr. B and his staff truly want you to get better and put together a plan for success. It's been a refreshing change with positive results.
