A visit to Autumn Andersen's Happy Place Health Center is a treat you need to allow yourself. Her yoga classes leave you energized and inspired without being crowded and distracting. Her voice is so smooth and instruction for any level is easily understood. The Thai Massage I experienced was my very first. It was just exquisite. It is a style of self care that is unlike anything else offered in West Sonoma County. I found several herbal products I continue to use regularly for my health that Autumn suggested for fatigue and stress that are produced from her Grandfather's blends and formulated by Pomo Herbs. I also picked up some Flower Essence formulas for me and my sweet dog Violet. I can not wait to return to Happy Place Health Center, a place for mind, body and spirit connection.
