Never knew this place existed. They got me in right away for my compression socks my doctor ordered. They educated me on the process, how to put them on and off, everything they could do, they did. Friendly and respectful. I actually enjoy my socks. I was fitted correctly. They are far more comfortable then store compression socks. Highly recommend checking them out.

I needed a back brace. Anthony Montoya was the clinician who fitted the brace. He was wonderful. He explained everything. Answered all my questions. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

My dad had his leg amputated and has been seeing them for his prosthetic. Recently he lost his Medicaid because he made 4 dollars too much. He lives on social security and can barely pay his bills as is. If he didn’t have me, he would be homeless. He has been desperately trying to scrounge money together to pay for his medical bills and today Hanger paid for his supplies and what he owed unexpectedly (which was quite a bit). This is amazing and speaks volumes about who they are.

So unprofessional and clueless! Went to get a prescribed walking boot. Was denied boot by clinic pending insurance approval. Took clinic over a month to get process accomplished. When I finally was able to pick up the boot the lovely front desk representative couldn’t find my paperwork. So charged me from a hand written note per her office manager. We were both reassured it was fine. Now almost three months later I received another bill as their staff made an error. So instead of the office being ethical and standing by their actions I am being charged again. What a monkey show! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with my insurance company.

Amazing staff.especially all the girls in the check-in..always happy to help and show special attention to their patients..thank you James and paco for my new prosthesis .it's amaziiiing!!!!!
