I had an amazing experience with Hands-On Therapy! The therapists are incredibly skilled, attentive, and truly care about your well-being. They took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the treatment to my specific needs. I felt immediate relief and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The environment is calming, and the entire staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Hands-On Therapy to anyone looking for top-notch care. Definitely a 5-star service!

When I tell you this is by far the best therapy clinic I’ve been to in my life (and I’ve been to a few in 35 years) I mean that. I usually don’t write reviews but after regaining use of my finger (which my surgeon didn’t think would ever happen) I had to write this one and give BIG PRAISES to the staff Candy has in Pikesville. If you really need some therapy that’s specifically structured to your needs and not a run of the mill copy of specific exercises please go to them I promise you won’t regret it. Thanks ladies for everything it was a long but fun 10 months of recovery work. Now I’m going to have to hurt something else in order to come back. The five stars was definitely earned by yall. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Hands on Therapy, is hands down the best! The staff is dedicated to finding the right treatment/ exercises to effectively resolve your issues, supportive in assisting/coaching you along to ensure you are performing your exercises correctly and personable enough to make you feel comfortable so you don’t feel as if you’re just a number or “just a patient.” Overall, the best place with the best people!

I improved so much with the help of the kind and knowledgeable people at "Hands on Therapy", in Pikesville. I highly recommend them for PT. I had a broken wrist and really saw the improvement with interesting props and heating pads to help me. The small environment I enjoyed much more than a large facility. They always answered any questions I had and had upbeat energy.

The best therapy place I’ve been to , after I thought my arm would never be back to the way it was before my injury, day by day after visiting hands on therapy I’m getting back to my normal arm and the exercises really are helpful ! 10/10 I recommend this place

Candy is an angel!!! My dad had a fracture and needed a splint made but was in a lot of pain. She was incredibly patient and kind. She has so many incredible ideas for pain control and made a perfect splint. The office was full of the newest most high tech equipment and I highly recommend Hands on Therapy!!!

I am in awe of how exceptional and knowledgeable the staff at the Pikesville location of Hands on Therapy are at their craft. The Ambassador of First Impression is Shannon, a delight to speak with on the phone and in person. She makes becoming a client there a smooth transition, asking and answering relevant questions and personality to boot. Raizel has a true gift in examining the body to source the problem in the extemity of concern. The whole staff works well and supportive of each other while servicing clients. Free parking in rear, just off the Baltimore Beltway 695 and Reisterstown Road. Makenna and her sweet furbaby Kalouah just might greet you hello on some days. And please make sure you get an appointment with Tara at least once...it just might be life changing. She is delightful and I dare say an expert at her specialty. Lovely people...results very likely to pleasantly surprise. Bravo team

I was a patient for over 4 months. I went to both Pikesville and Catonsville locations. The therapy I received was good and I continued to go. When I asked to have my appointments adjusted for my winter break, no early mornings & all in Pikesville, obviously she had no clue what I wanted. I continued to get text reminders for appointments @ 7:00am. That frustrated both me and the therapist because most of the time I didn’t show up because that was not what I had requested. My doctor discharged me from OT because it wasn’t helping. This occurred on a Thursday afternoon over the Christmas holidays. I received a text saying I had an appointment at 7:30am on Monday, January 6 which my doctor didn’t believe therapy was beneficial anymore and he said he would contact Hands on Therapy to inform them. I called and left a message anyway just to let them know. I received an extremely rude phone call at 4:30pm on 1/6/2020 stating they had come in early and I was their only appointment. She said they do not look at the doctors notes and it was my responsibility. The tech was extremely rude and hung up on me. They are nice when they like you. The techs definitely need more training in all aspects of the business. I would never recommend this therapy office to anyone after the way I was treated today.
