Hands-On Physical Therapy

I’m so happy I found this location! I’ve been informed and educated more than I expected on my current situation with my Achilles. All the therapist are patient, they listen to my concerns, and most of all they’re very professional! I would highly recommend and refer anyone that needs PT to come here! So greatful for everyone’s help addressing my Achilles and getting me back to normal! Can’t wait for my next session!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Michael Regina for almost 10 years for a few different issues I had and he is always able to diagnose the issue on the first appointment and actively work with me to treat my pain. He genuinely loves what he does and cares for his patients, making it 10x easier to show up for the appointments and work on yourself. My pain is always gone by the end of his treatment plan and I leave here each time feeling better than before. All of the staff in here are super friendly and actively care for patients’ well-being. I’ve recommended Dr. Mike & Hands-On to anyone in my life who needs PT and will continue to do so as he is truly the best at what he does. 10/10 physical therapy office!

New patient referred by my PCP (located right underneath) this Queens Village location. Scheduling is easy and they have late hours Monday through Thursday, which is great for my 9-5 work schedule. All personnel from the front desk to the therapist are polite and professional. This is my first time having to go to physical therapy. My experience and services received has been great thus far. The staff and therapist consistently checks in on how you’re feeling during the exercises. They provide answers to any questions or concerns I may have. The facility is clean and organized. I also enjoy the music that they play. Just completed my third visit.

I cannot express how grateful, I am for everyone at this location. The staff is amazing, helpful, friendly and explain everything to you as you go, they truly go above and beyond. The doctors (Dr. Michael and Dr. Gill) did an amazing job on my Hip, and now I am back for my hand. Amanda is super helpful and makes the process very easy at the front desk. The facility and equipment is always clean and ready for the next patient. I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I am very satisfied with the treatment. The care providers are competent ,the staff helping you to do the exercises is efficient. Front desk behavior is very polite . They adjust the appointments.as we like . Overall ta a environment is good and friendly.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Everyone here is so warm and welcoming. They encourage you to ask questions so you feel a lot more comfortable. The doctors are really really hands on and kept updating me on my progress and what to expect. I love that the entire staff body, including doctors remember each patient's first name and converse with their patients. It's a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Hands On physical Therapy.
