Hands On Physical Therapy

I reached out to Hands On PT for Myofascial Release for fertility reasons and signed up for a week of intensive therapy which was 3 hours a day for a week. I had also been dealing chronic low back pain on and off for many years. I have tried traditional PT and chiropractic work over the years all of which could not help with my chronic pain. My therapists Paul, Pierre, Anthony and Marilyn provided such a therapeutic and healing week in a very peaceful space. They all truly understand the body and mind connection and how to bring it back to optimal health. I have to say that the week was even better than what I expected and I feel so much better on many levels- physically, emotionally and spiritually! It’s truly miraculous! I’ve been telling everyone about Myofascial Release and how talented the therapists are. Regina is also such a wonderful and friendly women who helped me coordinate the weekly schedule. She was a pleasure to see every day. They all offered such a supportive environment with positive attitudes which I believe really helped me to shift my mindset and to be open to the possibility that our bodies and minds can heal. I have been on a 6 year fertility journey so it's been challenging but this therapy really helped me with a big body and mind reset which I truly needed. Since I completed the intensive week, my entire pelvis is completely realigned and I have had no back pain at all. I can do more yoga poses and Pilates now with no low back pain unlike before. Also, my uterus used to be retroverted (tipped backwards) and now it’s anteverted, which is the normal position! Just found this out upon an ultrasound. I also had a cyst that is reducing in size on my right ovary. There are been many wonderful and miraculous changes! This was the best gift I could ever give myself. Thank you so much to the whole team. This was unbelievably therapeutic for me on many levels and also life changing. I appreciate all of you very much! I am praying for a pregnancy! I truly believe your team took me much closer to achieving my goal.

Hands On Physical Therapy is a wonderful place I have been going there for a few months now. All of the therapists are good. I have seen Paul primarily and he is very good and has helped my sore, tight muscles. Regina is so helpful with scheduling appointments and shows compassion to the patients. I highly recommend!

Hands on Therapy has helped me so much after I suffered a stroke in August. The staff is very professional and compassionate. From the receptionist to the therapists, everyone is there to support you. Easy to make appointments that fit your schedule. Never a long wait in the office. I highly recommend them.

The therapists at hands on pt are phenomenal. I began with them for lower back pain. I am happy to say I am now pain free thanks to myofascial release therapy by Paul. The therapists here are all wonderfully skilled and very professional. the therapy environment is so relaxing and calming, that you feel like you are at a spa not a therapist’soffice. I have recommended this practice several times and everyone has been so happy with their results.

Amazing and personalized Physical Therapists who offer unique one-on-one treatment to address your problem. They are kind and considerate, and never make you feel rushed. The entire experience is very calming and they truly desire to make their patients feel relief from their pain. I travel over 30 miles each way to get to this office because I feel so strongly that it does help. It may take a little time but I see improvement over the course of treatment.

I was running out of options when I finally went to Hands On Therapy. I honestly didn’t expect to feel better but nothing else had worked. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience and although it did not happen first visit, I gradually began to feel stronger and with improved pain relief. It is now something that has really changed my quality of life. Great, caring office staff and clean environment. I highly recommend.
