I came in with a knee injury/pain and Dr. Gomez mapped a recovery plan to relieve the pain and rebuild strength in my knee. I was very impressed with the tailored care I received. Dr. Sal and his crew are amazing! I have been coming in regularly for body work. Mainly to work on tight and overactive muscles. After my appointments I feel more mobile and comfortable. Dr. Sal didn’t stop working once I left the office. He often sent me mobility/strength/stretching exercises I utilized to help with recovery. I recommend Hands-on Physical Therapy. Life changing! I have had "chronic pain" for over 10 years, and I can now confidently claim it is NOT chronic. It has massively improved with the help of Dr.Silem Gomez-Gould and the staff here. My pain was so constant and nagging that I felt like I had a very short battery on a daily basis, and would often snap at others out of pure exhaustion. That is no longer the case! I feel like I can work a whole day and still get things done after. Simply having someone who knows what they're doing, and who you can follow their guidance knowing that it will help has made all the difference to me. No more YouTube videos for me! My overall experience here is glowingly positive. I even asked the Dr if he wouldn't mind taking a peek at my posture in my car driving seat so that I could feel more confident about it, and he did not mind at all! This was super valuable information to me as I am having to drive for long hours. I met with a different physical therapist before who did not take insurance, and they wanted around $2k from me upfront. I was flabbergasted. Hands on Physican Therapy is great. I went in a with knee injury that I had been dealing with for several months with no improvement. I finally decided to seek help and I'm glad I found Hands On PT, they had me fixed up in just a couple weeks of therapy.

The staff at Hands-on was always first rate! Very easy to work with and the whole process from start to finish was well thought out and executed effectively. Dr. Gomez does a great job explaining options and tailoring treatment to my individual needs. I always felt like the appointment ended with progress being made towards recovery and the eventual goal of being pain free. He is very knowledgeable, especially for the weekend warrior athlete as he is also very passionate about fitness himself. Dr. Gomez and his staff did an outstanding job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again in the future.
