Hands On OT

This is a fantastic place--every therapist here is a star, always professional, patient and encouraging. This friendly vibe, along with their excellent work, makes the road to recovery surprisingly, consistently enjoyable.

After having a not-so-pleasant first impression because of the front office staff, I was called by Paul who is in charge of the office. He was so nice and professional. I went and saw him and he was very generous with his time and wise counsel. Please don't be turned off by the first impressions potentially made by front office staff who are just busy and are trying to get many things done at the same time. Allow yourself to experience the care that you'll get from Paul and Ravi. In a world where doctors are arrogant douches who are only driven by greed, it's quite refreshing to meet healthcare professionals like Paul and Ravi who are genuinely interested in your well being above all else!

Excellent team. Did 6 months of OT here for my hand and shoulder and saw tons of progress. Can't recommend highly enough

Paul and his team have been exceptional and I'm so blessed I found them. I've been suffering from a stubborn and complex golfer's elbow that would not go away. I went to three different P.T.s for a year where we tried all sorts of rehab including Blood Flow Restriction but nothing worked. I then tried a Neuromuscular Therapist, acupuncture, a cortisone injection, PRP, and finally surgery. Sadly, the pain returned to where it was prior to surgery and I had lost hope until I started working with Paul, who is the most caring and kind therapist I've ever had. It wasn't until we started using Shockwave Therapy that I finally found some relief and was able to start playing tennis frequently again. The Shockwave treatments are quick and so worth it if you have a nagging injury that just won't seem to go away. Thank you for everything!

Unprofessional & very rude. Scheduler kept phoning me about my appointments days ahead of time. I am experiencing vertigo & she knows it. I told her I would cancel in the appropriate amount of time even though I wouldn't be sure how I felt. There must be other places out there.

I do not recommend going to this clinic. The physician was 30 mins late to my appointment, I was rushed through with very little instruction/direction for aftercare. After paying on arrival i also received a large bill for their service.... not at all worth while

A very warm and friendly environment. More of a cozy and supportive vibe than clinical. Ravi was helpful and encouraging. He's the best!!!

I have been to a few Hands/arm specialists over the years and "hands down" these guys are the best I've found. To boot the professional skills and state-of-the-art machinery, it does not feel like a sterile medical centre. Rather a cosy warm environment where multiple OT's work on clients together. Always good healing vibes, professional and always on time. Paul has directed me to specialists when needed and accommodates my specific needs. My mobility and life has received a new lease from my experiences here.
