Hands-On-Care

I was not impressed. The therapist was very unprofessional. The whole time I was in my appointment she was distracted giving noted to write down regarding her last appointments. She kept starting and stopping. I explained prior to scheduling that I had to leave early because I had another appointment . I was told it wouldn't be a problem. What it actually happened was that I would miss about 1/3 of my very first appointment. I never got any exercises to do at home and when I ask them to email me ( twice) I never recieved them. I would say if your insurance covers another place go there first.

Had a disappointing experience with this hand therapy place. I had to reschedule a 12pm appointment due to an unexpected situation with my cleaners arriving early. I called and explained, hoping for a bit of understanding, but was told there’s a $150 fee for not giving 48 hours’ notice, with no exceptions even for first offenses. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke to, Jocelyn, hung up on me when I tried to continue the conversation. They seemed more interested in collecting fees than in patient care. Very unprofessional.

BEWARE - After leaving my numb hand in a heating pad (which caused excessive burns) while the Doctor trained employees on another procedure she was doing. The negligence prevented any rehab progress on my hand and now is almost useless.
