Miss Clarice is an amazing physician. She helped my daughter simrah from the beginning. She is improving after her ACL surgery. I choose the right place for my child.

Where do I begin? If I could give this physical therapy establishment 100 stars, I would! My mom came here for her therapy after her knee replacement and I was so happy she did. Everyone is caring, inviting and made her feel cared for and comfortable. They are also so knowledgeable. The place is immaculate as well. Shout out to everyone! You are all amazing! We’ll be back after her second knee replacement for sure! You guys rock!

I was really disappointed with my first experience scheduling a physical therapy appointment. I had checked the Google reviews and other details beforehand. My appointment was set for 6:00 PM, but I realized I would be 30 minutes late. I called the office twice at 5:45 PM to inform them, but no one answered. While I was on my way, someone from the company called me and confirmed that the therapist would wait for me. However, when I arrived at the clinic, after driving 35 to 40 minutes, a kind gentleman tried to assist me, but an Asian woman named Clarice Rasco refused to see me and insisted that I reschedule. I explained to her that I had called earlier and someone had confirmed my appointment, but she ignored both me and the gentleman who was trying to help. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, especially considering that I was in pain and this was an urgent situation. It was late, and I had no other options, so I ended up returning home still in pain. This is completely unfair, and I would like to file a formal complaint against Clarice Rasco. I hope the appropriate actions are taken to address her behavior and lack of care for patients.

I have been going to Hands of Hope for over a year and a half. They have been very accommodating. I'm glad I had this establishment in my neighborhood. I'm happy to say my pain has finally gone away but I will recommend them in the future!

Yeah. They are very knowledgeable Been going there for all my surgeries, So far I feel very good after I leave. Any questions I had for them, they always have a prompt and knowledgeable answer for me. Especially Jackie. Don't get me wrong, they are all very good.

It was only my second day of therapy and I’m super happy with this place. Everyone is extremely nice and very attentive. I don’t have a long wait time and I don’t feel like I’m being rushed. I feel like every therapist takes their time to make sure they show you exactly how to do each exercise and make sure you’re comfortable. I also love that my son was there with me today and they were not annoyed at all, they actually made him feel welcome and let him do some exercises. They are also very accommodating to your schedule and it makes it easy for me to go any time throughout the week. Love it here!

Staff is friendly and helpful , answering any and all questions I have in regards to my treatment. Today I was treated by Dr. Elman who was phenomenal! Recommending this place to my family

Had my 1st physical therapy session. Mr Patel and his staff were great. Very professional and friendly. Looking forward to continuing my physical therapy at this location.
