Tom and his team are awesome. The environment is always clean and the staff are pleasant. Words can’t explain the overall quality of life I have due to working with the Handling PT team. The staff are very understanding and mindful about each person’s needs as far as how to manage it. Each persons therapy plan is carefully crafted to ensure the person is not further injured and tailored to healing. Keep up the good work guys.

Our 11 year old son had surgery July 19, 2024. About 6 weeks in he was ready to start physical therapy and what can I not say about Tom and his team. First and foremost they make you feel like you are a part of their family. Each one was friendly, caring, genuinely compassionate, and knowledgeable. Had fun and truly enjoy what they do. No matter how many people were in the office you never felt alone. My son is super quiet until he warms up and he definitely warmed up to them and was the life of the party by the time we were done with physical therapy. By following the plan and putting in the work your time there will go by so fast and you will hate leaving them. If we ever need physical therapy again I will not hesitate to use Handling and recommendations anyone who ask. Thank you Tom, Caitlyn, and Sarah for making this process so seamless for our son. Handling Physical Therapy seems to be the best kept secret in New Castle County! I have been a patient at other facilities, both private and chains, and this is by far the best experience I have had. After years of pain and mobility issues in my shoulder and neck, these issues were resolved with the progressive exercises that I was taught here. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and personable in providing the right techniques to help with my mobility and pain. Tom, Caitlin and Sarah always create a fun and positive atmosphere and were always ready to assist in the therapy sessions. I will never go anywhere else for PT.

Handling physical therapy is by far the best place ive ever been for pt, and after 9 surgeries ive had alot of pt. The small intimate setting allows for more hands on therapy and Tom, Caitlin, and Sarah are all very knowledgeable and great people all around. And unlike the "big" pt places u get personalized care so Everything they taught me can be done at home on my own with no need for big fancy equipment. This is the 1st place i would definitely go back to, if needed, and recommend them to anyone who needs help getting back to normal. Bottom line is they are awsome!
