Such a great experience here. Broke my wrist in January which required surgery and was referred here for hand therapy. Worked with both Jess and Mary and they were both wonderful. They were kind and encouraging. Gave me exercises that catered to specific tasks that I had to perform as a dental hygienist. They were key in my road to recovery. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and pleasant to talk with as well!

Tgerapist Jennifer was extremely unprofessional. She kept trying to get me out of the clinic when i have a hand & arm injury. She sent me to the MS center. They sent me back to her. Then she lied in my chart, saying i was non compliant because I didn’t wear the uncomfortable plastic cheap brace she made me that caused me more pain, but instead i wore a comfortable brace i bought at cvs that fit & was comfortable. Then she told my doctor that the therapy wasnt helping. Another lie. I don’t know this person & did nothing wrong during my visits, i was friendly & agreeable. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism & BS I encountered. Then, the freaking hoapital BILLED me even though it was all covered by insurance & they had the insurance information. They were just too unprofessional to actually submit the bill to the insurance & i had to soend a week playing phone tag with their billing company. A true nightMare.

I had the pleasure of doing PT at the Hand Rehabilitation Center for 2 weeks while staying in the Capital District over the holidays. I worked with Patrick and Michelle and would highly recommend each of these wonderful professionals to all. I so wish I could stay here instead of going home to finish my PT in Florida!

Very nice people, short wait times, no fuss. Most importantly, got helped out. Place is a little run down but it doesn't get in the way of treatment
