This place is wonderful! The level of care here is excellent. They know their stuff, but even more so--they always treat me courteously and with respect. If any issues arise, such as I am unable to make my appointment, they are very helpful in accommodating me to find a solution. Furthermore, my hand always feels better afterwards and I have improved functionality. I have autism and far too often i receive sub-standard treatment at various establishments--both medical and otherwise. But never at Hand Pro, here they are always professional in EVERY aspect of my treatment. Other facilities could do well by following their example.

This place is so wonderful!! All the occupational therapists are so helpful and attentive. Been coming here since last year and it's just been great!! They've all been helping me progress so much with my condition.

About two months ago my daughter (At the time 1yr 6 months) was referred here by her orthopedic surgeon for occupational therapy to help treat trigger finger after having a terrible experience with the first referral. Since the very first day we walked in we were greeted with friendly welcoming staff 💗 including the therapists in training. I can say each therapist (✨Ruth, Kathy, Leslie) are so patient and compassionate about therapy it shows when you see them with their patients. I was given hope and reminded why I chose therapy before surgery for my daughter. My daughter responded well immediately and they always give different exercises to help my toddler achieve her goal. Being so young you can imagine how hard it is to keep her still but she feels the love and always looks forward to going. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their hard work and patience!

Their Palmdale location is a wonderful facility with kind and caring staff....they really listen to your concerns. They do a very thorough job with exercises and therapy methods (ultrasound, heat, hot wax, hand massage, etc.).
