The practice was recommended by a friend after I fractured my wrist playing tennis. From the first call I made to schedule a consult to my final visit 10 weeks later I could not have been happier with the entire practice. Thanks to Anthony and Kathleen for their great work in getting my left wrist/hand working well again. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of hand rehab.
From the minute you walk in the door, you know you're going to be well taken care of. To a person, the staff are welcoming, cheerful, and kind. My personalized program included a variety of treatments and exercises that changed as I progressed, and I felt that the therapists and techs were always paying attention. It's such a nice, friendly atmosphere. And the other patients are pleasant, too. Even though my treatment is completed, I want to stop by again to say hello.
Hand in Hand Rehab provided a great experience during my recovery from a hand injury. From the professionally handled enrollment (Joy), through 17 rehab visits with personable, caring and thoroughly professional rehab staff (Debbie, Anthony, Kathleen, Colleen) and including all support staff (Marie, Fezza-hope spelling is correct) all aspects of the care given were excellent. Each visit was carefully planned based upon progress reviews. I recommend Hand in Hand highly and will return should the need arise. Great job!!
I am deeply grateful for the care I received from all of the team, starting with Joy's welcoming response to my initial phone call, and followed by the professional care and encouragement from Debbie, Kathleen and Anthony, not to mention Marie's sense of humor! When I was discouraged at times the team reassured me, and I am happy to say that my wrist and hand are feeling so good that I sometimes forget that I had an accident and subsequent surgery. I would certainly recommend Hand in Hand Rehabilitation to anyone who needs similar care.
The staff at Hand in Hand are all knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and highly organized. What could have been a stress was made bearable and even pleasant. I made great progress getting my broken wrist back to where I can do all that I need to do. Thank you so much to Debbie and her awesome staff.
Anthony Kiriakos and Kathleen Galeno (OTRs) and all the staff were all professional, accommodating, and friendly. They helped me gain my mobility and strength back to get back to my normal activities. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need in the future. It was sad to end.
Rehabbed my shoulder after scapula/clavicle fracture from cycling accident with the help of the exceptional staff at Hand in Hand! Everyone from the front desk to the occupational therapists, especially Joy, Marie, Kathleen and Anthony were truly invested in getting me back to my pre-accident shape. Words cannot thank you enough for the excellent care and thoroughness of my rehab program!
My orthopedic surgeon referred me to Hand In Hand and now I know why he gave them such high marks. Dr. Kathleen and Anthony partner with each of their patients in an informative and encouraging way to successfully reach their OT goals; their knowledge and positivity sets the tone for this practice. Marie is the welcoming presence to patients as she provides the set-up for every OT session, and office manager Joy lives up to her name with her cheerful disposition while handling the administrative needs of the practice. Based on my experience I wholeheartedly endorse Hand In Hand.
