Recently toured Hancock Park and was very impressed. Michael was a great tour guide from his large smile and friendly handshake. Michael was very passionate about his building and the work he does. I had a ton of questions and Michael took the time to answer all of them. The building was clean and everyone seemed so happy. I have just started the process of needing to place my loved one in a Nursing home and after this great experience I am keeping Hancock Park on my shortlist. Sincerely Prospective Family

My mother was here recovering from a broken knee. The PT team here is just wonderful and really prepared my mom to go home. The nurse Deuse was just great, thank you so much for taking good care of her. The management, doctors were all very communicative around my mothers care and next steps. Thank you Hancock Park team!

My mother was at Hancock Park for almost two months for rehab after a fracture. While skilled nursing facilities get a "bad rap" these days, I was quite pleased with the care she received, both from the facility and medical staff. The facility is very clean and it was always easy to visit. I received calls with changes in status, even in the middle of the night. The nursing and nursing assistant staff were kind, knowledgeable, personable and attentive. They treated my mother with kindness and respect. The medical staff - Dr Pierre and NP Kathy were incredible - kind, attentive, thoughtful and very attentive to my concerns. If everyone is the US received care as they provided, healthcare would be much better. They addressed her issues in a timely manner. Overall, while never good to have an ill family member, I felt confident in the care she was receiving and didn't worry even when I had to travel out of state while she was there. Don't hesitate to send a family member there if needed!

Mom, has spent the past week here and am impressed with the level of care she is receiving. The staff is attentive, and kind towards mom. The building is dated and not very modern and put me off at first, but once I saw how great the staff were my concerns were gone. After all isn’t that what’s most important when rehabbing.

We recently had an elderly family member who spent almost 2 months at Hancock Park to recover from a fractured leg bone. We found the physical therapy program to be very good with her case, working with her about six days a week to help her progress. She loved all of the staff, to include the nurses and care attendants, and found them to be very pleasant and kind. The administrative staff, social workers and case manager, were informative and responsive to our needs.

My mom stayed at Hancock Park Rehab after suffering a fall, a one week hospital stay, several weeks at a different rehab facility, another fall within two days of discharge, and another week long hospital stay. It was an extremely difficult time for both me and my mom. Her stay at Hancock Park Rehab gave us much needed hope, excellent care and kindness. The staff is wonderful and we both appreciate all their work. I definitely recommend this facility.

My mother has been in there for a couple of weeks. The first day there, we met the head of the facility, who couldn't have been nicer. The staff- doctors, nurses, physical therapists, food staff- have all been extremely courteous, pleasant, & nice & the facility itself is always well kept & very clean. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you to everyone at Hancock Park Rehab!

I met the nicest people at Hancock Park, if I could give them 6 stars I would! All the staff treated me with lots of respect. The food was great too! Therapy worked well with me. If I ever need another rehab HANCOCK PARK is my only choice. ❤️
